I mean the game looks beautiful, the combat fun af and the rest of the systems look like hell… just so painful, I got nothing against Korean/eastern mmos doing their rng p2w thing if ppl enjoy that stuff good for them, but honestly just watching him doing it is making me cringe with pain

Humans suck at percentages. Too much wishful thinking from all the religious BS around us.
People just can't wrap their head around that even a 99% win chance could in theory lead to an infinite amount of losses.
For example a 50% win chance doesn't mean winning once every 2 attempts, it means 50% chance to win each single attempt.

its like devs had a strong stroyline @ start...then it started dwindling lil by lil as they focused more on cozmetics than the games storyline....then it just went to crap & they gave up on the story all together pretty much .. .& thats what happens when they say content r the players...then they aint gotta deal w/the story no-longer ....

The only thing about this game I dont like is that if you wanna walk backwards you have to turn the camera to walk that direction

OK quick question...I played and LOVED Tera BUT it had NO real end game content like WoW does....Does BDO have a decent amount of end game content?

I was always curious - How do people keep playing games like World of Warcraft when games like this are out and about? I'm not familiar with MMO's but I always found that WoW looked incredibly dated even mechanically.

I tried getting into this game but when I started there were so many icons on the UI and so many different menus that I just didn't know what I was doing. The combat felt kinda nice but I was just too confused with the different menus that I just felt disinterested. To someone who was able to understand all the menus or plays this game daily it might seem like I'm just being stupid, but not everyone has the patience or can catch onto the mechanics as easily.

is it worth playing even for those who are not used to playing multiplayer and has slow reflexes?

I tried to play this game, but within about an hour of starting, the amount of exclamation marks and pop-ups and icons on screen all at once was so overwhelming, that I literally started to get a headache. Maybe if they re-balanced the overall mess of a UI (imo) I might try it again. Anyways thanks for the great review!

no offense but i just wouldnt use that, if its that rng focused i'd rather just save up and buy better gear, even if I don't have the best stats. I'm at least still doing what I can. and I don't think I would want to support that sort of system. the less people use it the more chances it will get removed.

Yes if there’s one thing they could do with this game to make it less annoying to create a character is what a character named generator on the character creation screen so you can just punch the button a bunch of times till you see your name you like that isn’t already in use Cuz Jesus Christ the letter or name carnations you try and tell you find one that’s available is outrageous if I people just create characters for the hell of it which really actually technically I suppose they do to get the passing of her stuff going on for each character

And to be fair I’ve tried like five different classes can I get the same message kind of like please try again that character that class is not currently available or some shit

Unfortunately I can’t seem to create a seasonal character if it doesn’t tell me I’m not allowed it tells me that that character isn’t available yet and it seems like whatever one I choose it just doesn’t let let me trade a seasonal I kind of wanna go in and I clearly I am I think all together my highest level is may be 50 between multiple characters 4550 sound like that so I’m not sure what’s going on there I really am trying to figure out how to create a seasonal character and yeah I’ll rank it up and get the dog the good gear and the good loot him right now but it doesn’t wanna Lappi

Yeah I just downloaded them and we logged in and I expect to find nothing because I have not logged in from the transfer I got my characters will be gone right because I didn’t login and transfer them what you have to do something by da in any case I still have characters and I’ll call loathsome of creepy stuff waiting for me

this is the video that started it all, i watched this while contemplating to get BDO or not. i ended up getting it last year June or July. and i have now a total of 400+ hours in it. i am proud to say im a BDO addict because the game is everything I wanted in a MMORPG video game. Its just too perfect in my eyes. Sure its a bit of a grind to get what you want or need to be, but playing with friends and fighting world/field bosses can be really fun. im currently on my journey to get Blackstar Gear at least by the end of the year, then soon after Fallen God armour. I just came back to this video to say thank you because you helped me with my decision in getting the best MMORPG game i have ever had (at least in my eyes it is)
