Good for you pepe you still have something, someone and someplace to return to. I've been in that disorder too, the sad part is i lost everything, my work, my own family, my dad, financial, even liberty. Been incarcerated for a couple of years and learnt a lot. Been 3 yrs now and i still regret everything. If only i could turn back time. Now I can't even consider myself a man now, no work but blessed with a special child with my new strong partner who never gave up on me, it's just too sad but still thriving to be happy

I don't understand doctors who prescribe antidepressants na grabe ang side effects, na minsmong depression and suicidal thoughts and side effects. sobrang dami ng gamot na ok pero dito sa Pinas yung pangit pa rin prineprescribe. I had so many docs and only 1 prescribed good meds. Then I learned sa US yun na ang norm.

To everyone is suffering. There is hope. I was there. I have been there. I sought professional help. Just thinking about it and listening to Pepe makes me very emotional. I’m a dad as well. If you are suffering don’t be afraid to seek help. Don’t be afraid to let your family, your friends, your pastor know, they are there to help and draw closer yourself to God.

This is one of the best episodes I've watched in Toni Talks. I've been experiencing deep sadness but I don't really understand what it was, until I realized I've been going through a lot and I just let it pass. I don't face it, instead just hoping that I'll be feeling okay by tomorrow or the next day. There were accumulated things, frustrations, heartaches, etc. that didn't really heal completely, even the bad experiences I had since I was a child. My inner child in me has been complaining and crying out loud, I guess, and I didn't even care about him, at all. Thanks for this episodes -- something I could relate.

Yung sinabi ni Pepe na di nya ma appreciate young Switzerland - relate ako jan. Walang emotion, wala lahat na para bang I'm inside this huge void. This happened last year - dun na sumabog lahat na kung anomang kinimkim ko lang. Naalala ko pa umiiyak ako bigla na di ko malaman kung ano yung mismong reason. Ang alam ko lang is yung pakiramdam na sobrang bigat kung di bigat parang lutang naman. Kada minuto ang bagal. Para akong na papraning kung ano tong nararamdaman ko bat parang walang purpose yung lahat lahat. Di ko na ma appreciate lahat nahalo pa yung confusion bat yung mga nagpapasaya sakin nuon di na tumatalab. Umabot sa point na vinivideohan ko yung langit, yung hangin, yung ibon - LAHAT LAHAT nalang kasi feeling ko baka pag tinignan ko ulit makita ko san may mali bat wala akong maramdaman or ma appreciate. Ang mahirap kasi solo child ako and breadwinner pa and ayokong mag open up sa parents ko kasi ayokong mag-alala sila . Matatanda na Mama and Papa ko and all our lives mas maraming panahon na naghihirap talaga kami and ngayon na ako na nag-aalaga sa kanila, ayokong bigyan sila ng worries - I sosolo ko nalang no matter how dark it gets and feels which is mali kasi dadating ang araw mapupuno ka talaga. Ilang dekada kong tiniis, 2014 muntik na akong mag su***de. Last year, I am just grateful that time na mabait ang Company, Client and Team Lead ko. My TL is the only one who knew about it kasi humingi na talaga ako ng tulong and she forced me to see a psychologist, and I'm grateful kasi libre yun sa aming company. She filed my 30 days leave and scheduled me to see the Doctor as soon as possible. Though I thought it was not helpful that time, Now, I really think it helped me eventually. Now mejo keri na. I think last year was the year na sumabog na talaga ako. Sa Ngayon, meron parin namang moments na parang blangko pero di na singlala nung mga nakaraang years. I hope I will get better and somewhere along my life's journey may madiscover, makasalamuha akong instrument to understand myself better kasi I know na until this moment I am not completely okay but I'm glad I'm better than I was. Healing is a lifelong process indeed. Never instant.
