I mean, I may not have all the fancy stuff the rich kids at college have, but my life is going in an undeniably good direction, so why do I feel so unfulfilled?

I'm pursuing something I love, and it will earn me a comfortable and livable salary, all my needs are taken care of, I have all the friends one could want.

I just don't get it, why do I feel so lonely? Why have I accepted my death so easily? Why can't I be bothered to strive for excellence? Why do I feel like I would be better off not existing?
