▼ [Step-By-Step GUIDE]
Step 1: In the search box, type and select 'User Accounts'.
Step 2: Click on “Change your account name”
Step 3: Change Account Name to something without special characters.

Step 4: In the search box, type and select 'Create a restore point'.
Step 5: Select your C: drive and click configure
Step 6: Turn on system protection
Step 7: Select your Disk Space Usage. I chose 10%
Step 8: Hit OK then Apply, Then OK!

Step 9: In the search box, type and select 'regedit'.
Step 10: Now, navigate to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Step 11: Double-click on it and replace your OLD username with your NEW username!
Step 12: Close out everything, then restart the PC!

NOTE I: Mentioned below by +Just Caused, when you create a 'Temporary Account,' your files will be moved to TEMP folder! If you want your desktop/files back in it's original state, you NEED to MOVE your files within that folder BACK to your original USER folder...
