Ответитьmy dough never pulls itself together. it stays so watery no matter how much i knead it. i tried with scraper i tried it with my hands. doesn’t matter it stays as a watery mix instead of turning into a dough i can work with. water/flour ratio is correct im sure of it. i even added some extra flour but didn’t helped. what should I do???

Im wanting to learn how to make fresh bread .I remembered as a child when mom would pick us from school n pass by boulangerie to buy fresh bread so many beautiful memories i miss that here in 🇺🇸...I always look forward to having it with butter n sausage n dunking it in my bowl 🥣of café au lait.. loved it love it😍😍😍
