Can You Refund Discord Nitro? (EXPLAINED!)

Someone made an unauthorized purchase from this company from my checking account. How did that happen without notifying me?

I got gifted from my alt 1 month nitro and it says you have premium chat 2x boost and a boost discount (Pending cancellation) and it also says Your subscriptions will automatically renew on Now 21,2023 and you’ll be charged 9,99 usd.That means im not gonna be charged every month?Thanks you

Yes, in previous incident I was misled by its subscription page saying "Cancel anytime" via the cancel button, but eventually I found out, you have to create a ticket request as prove within 5 days from the purchase day in order to get the refund and I failed to receive the refund in this case. I think to new Discord subscribers, best is to try out one month subscription basis first, just to get familiar with the Discord payment process policy before committing yearly subscription, this ensures you are safe in case something is not right. The way I see Discord, it is a good platform, if with little willingness to give away feature like Profile background updates feature in its Nitro Basic, I believed many would subscribe to it.

I accidentally purchased 5 Discord Server Boosts for around $15 (Not my money), it didn't ask me for a confirmation or anything. I'm still currently trying to refund it. I hope Discord does refund it, or I'm done for.
