1. Artificially the prices have gone up (some of them are due to the real estate cartel)
2. There is an economic downturn around the world. Many experts are predicting a recession.
3. After the 111 GO was canceled several acres of supply came in, due to the supply/demand situation.
5. Real estate prices in AP are attractive and people are shifting their investments to other places.
6. Elections are going to come up, due to the uncertainty.

ОтветитьClever are those people who invest silently in unpopular and unpublizied zones. The only good investment right now left for middle class people in hyd is vijayawada highway ... Mark this comment ... Points why future is all about east hyderabad i.e vijayawada highway is because :
1. Very soon in Andhra next elections chandra babu is going to be CM , the very first richest and emerging district adjoining telengana is going to be vijaywada and its stretch towards lb nagar.
2. Highway is already remodelling from 4 lane to 6 lane express highway, work already started.
3. Metro starting point is lb nagar , so the first metro extension line is going to be from lb. Nagar to till pedda amberpet (KTR already announced the metro extension proposal)
4. Can sense governemnt is trying to push every bit and piece towards east , may it be batasingaram fruit market , TSIIC green industrial zone , which can bring 4 lakh job oppurtunities (phase 1 complet3d alreadt few people working) , truck logistic park , textile parks
5. Many HMDA layouts are emerging and luckily price is still at 16k per yard in just 30km away from lb nagar , villages like malkapur , dandu mailaram are best examples.
So being in real estate field since many years , i strongly predict next year after elections the biggest blaster of hyderabad real estate is goijg to be east hyderabad towards vijayawada ,... I urge who own plots in the entire stretch do not sell ur plots and wait for the boom ....
