This was all very interesting until he started talking about a secret lab that has created chemicals that subsequently caused Otto’s comatose condition etc. It sounds like speculation and doesn’t make sense because such agents can easily be detected through autopsies and exams. Otto’s brain scan showed that there was about a 4-minute deprivation of oxygen and would more likely be a result of something like water boarding or head submersion in a sink.

The fact that he calls water boarding “not torturing that much” just goes to show how deep the inhumanity goes.
