Nicely done analysis and presentation, but there is one significant error. In finding the number of characters in the first name, FIND is used to count the number of characters up to and including the blank, which is one too many. You should subtract 1 from the result of FIND to correct this and give the actual number of characters in the first name: =LEFT(B4, FIND(" ", B4,1)-1). By not doing this, the extracted first name has a blank after it. This may seem insignificant, but in some cases, it's not. For example, if you later tried to calculate the number of characters in the extracted first name using LEN, it would be off by 1 and could cause errors in other calculations that relied on this. Also, nice music in the video :)
