I'm sure your meal plan is healthy, delicious and with proper nutrients, but it's not very practical for a working individual. 1.5 - 2 hours of cooking each day and keeping check of 30+ ingredients requires so much effort, even for someone working from home.

I an very postive towards this vid but when i try to eat as you said i can start but at night i can’t eat what you told i am not hungry at all . I feel like vomiting all the time at after 2 or 3 meal a day . Tell me how can i improve my eating habit.

I have a very weak body and a soft high pitch voice although I’m a boy , I can’t fight people even kids. I was so embarrassed that I stopped my connection with society (unincluding my family) and started to become a loner. hopefully this video helps.

I’m hunting for a rock-hard a like bones. To defend my self , when I get back from high school I eat some snack crap, I’m stopping that. and yes , I’m not just talking and procrastinating, I’m doing this right now in the actual moment.

30 grams of protien 4 times a day equals 120% dv so maybe take 35-45g 4 times a day if your bulking

The meal plan download is complete BS. It's literally a meal plan for one single day. What, do you expect me to eat the same thing every day for the rest of my life? Obviously just a ploy to get you to be on their marketing emails.

My biggest problem with stuff like that is that its so damn expensive to "live healthy". Even more so with current inflation levels. So I resort to getting my protein from Whey.

Eating in a slight surplus only applies if your body fat percentage is already low. If above 20% body fat, slight deficit is best...your body can make up macro requirements from stored fats.

Thank you so much for your help!!! I’ve suffered my entire life with a hard gaining body and tried so many different diets and have had a tough time staying consistent with my workouts because I lose to much and don’t want to eat crap (I know long term it will make me diabetic because I can feel it in my body)
