I'm sure your meal plan is healthy, delicious and with proper nutrients, but it's not very practical for a working individual. 1.5 - 2 hours of cooking each day and keeping check of 30+ ingredients requires so much effort, even for someone working from home.

I’m hunting for a rock-hard a like bones. To defend my self , when I get back from high school I eat some snack crap, I’m stopping that. and yes , I’m not just talking and procrastinating, I’m doing this right now in the actual moment.

Eating in a slight surplus only applies if your body fat percentage is already low. If above 20% body fat, slight deficit is best...your body can make up macro requirements from stored fats.

I’ve suffered my entire life with a hard gaining body and tried so many different diets and have had a tough time staying consistent with my workouts because I lose to much and don’t want to eat crap (I know long term it will make me diabetic because I can feel it in my body)
