ОтветитьStarted with the 2021 2 week shred challenge...gonna update my progress here for the next 2 weeks!!
(I'll be updating the progress of the previous day so that I can take note of how I feel the next day after the workout too.)
✅Day 1- I did all the videos on the floor without a mat since I didn't have one.Took a longass time to complete this. My wrists and knees hurt...but my body didn't feel as sore as I expected it to feel though. 👐🧎♀️
✅Day 2- Used a mat this time and it made it so much easier. My thighs and legs feel wobbly and I literally couldn't squat down the next day. It took me hourss to complete this one because of the amount of breaks I took though.🦿
✅Day 3- My thighs were still wobbly but it got a bit better the more I did the videos. I checked out the video of how to engage my core and I could finally feel that burn ooof. My wrists still hurt though ngl. Will probably do a warmup for my wrists next time.💁♀️
✅Recovery day(Day 4)- Slept a lot more than usual. My body feels a lot better with respect to soreness and stuff.🛌
✅Day 5- I was able to finish the workouts without taking too many pauses as i did before and could finish it quicker than before (1 and half hr as opposed to like 3 hrs tat it took me b4😃). Still felt as if I didnt do d workout as efficiently as i am capable of. Will work on it next time. Also im beginning to fully engage tat core and butt muscles finally and can feel d burn.👀
✅Day 6- Was able to do the workout a lot faster. My wrists hurt pretty bad though espeacially towards the last 2 vids.✍
✅Recovery day (Day 7)- I did a bit of walking and cycling in the morning because I wanted to let off some steam✌

Why am i panting and sweating?
A year later, I went back to exercising. And this warm-up exercise has exhausted me so now I'm going to just go finish a cool-down exercise and that's it for today.

ОтветитьThis remains my favorite warm up. Any workout plan feels doable after completing this because the entire body is ready to go.

ОтветитьWhenever i can't motivate myself to do any workout at all but feeling i really need to move to feel better, i at least do this short watm up because it's better than nothing. Also it helps with my back pain from sitting the whole day.
ОтветитьDay 5 of the hourglass work out program and i actually feel ok after this warm up... day one and i was dead after this! I am seeing little signs of change in my body and feeling like this after finishing the warm up... i cannot wait to see what i feel like after the end of this program!
