Nissan Qashqai (Rogue Sport) 2020 SUV in-depth review - see what's new!

I work from my car and this is truly the hardest decision I'm trying to make, I've narrowed down to 2019 Outlander but it's a bit bland on the inside, 2019 Rav4 but it's 6-8k more or the Qashqai which is loaded with tech but a bit smaller.

What utter tosh, realistically how many adults go in the back it's mainly kids. It's a do all car which is good, buy a VW or Audi and watch your bank account empty for service and part prices.try mentioning that in you reviews.

Just bought a 2020 Nissan Qashqai, the Tekna model, was pleasantly surprised with the car :)

Be aware of second-hand car sellers... There are too many scammers and cheaters who sell their cars at a good price which is not worthy of those car conditions...

Man would you pick an automatic gear version just for once!

We just leased a Qashqai MY2021 and I'm incredibly disappointed. They removed so many features on it, even when you choose the Tekna-version that it now lacks comfort and safety features that most other cars have as standard or at least when you choose a higher trim.

Our Tekna-version lacks:
* Blind-Spot Warning
* Adaptive Cruise Control
* Assisted Steering
* Assisted Parking
* Pro- Pilot
Instead they upgraded the seats. And the only difference between the second highest trim and this one is the seats, wheels and headlights. It's not very often a new MY is worse then the previous. And one could think that, with a whole new Qashqai coming they would load the latest of the old version with a lot of extras as a "Final edition" also for people interested in buying a later year model in the future.

Well I currently have one of these on hire for the week. Awful car, I certainly wouldn’t buy one with my own money.

just like the qashqai there garbage motors , crap ride, very jerky ride actually and understeer badly, under powered also, put your foot down and ummffff 0 , nada nothing it just revs but goes no where, where you think you, and expect the beans its none existent on these cars, it just looks good thats it and i think that was the trick of the sale of these cars and sucked so many people into buying, nope they garbage cars.

I had a 65 plate tekna, absolute LEMON of a car, 3 sat nav units, 2 driver seats, cameras not calibrated properly, dealer network in my area lied about warranty work, allowed the car to come back to me with the pads so low that they went to metal and damaged discs, resulting in disc and pad replacement . Reported all the issues and lies to Nissan H/O, was offered £50 in vouchers to use in dealer network!!!!!!!! I will NEVER get another Nissan , ever.

I’m jealous you can get the Qashqai with a diesel and a manual over there. Here in the states we only get the boring 2L petro with a CVT. Snooze...

I am driving this car for three years straight. The inside might be a lil bit boring and did not match the good looks, but the most important part is the reliability. On top of that the affortable service costs.
I can only complain about the performance. Nissan do not sell this great car with a powerful engine. 180 - 200 bhp and higher torque would be great, to have some extra sauce on the streets. Especially on the country roads to overtake.

Update my car has been in the dealership for 4 months. I have all the paperwork service and diagnostic reports etc etc to support my car engine was faulty before the point of purchase. The dealership, Nissan customer care & Nissan finance agree that the engine was indeed faulty before I bought the car. At the moment the dealership have to perform certain diagnostics on the engine to find out where the noise is coming from as the warranty company need this before they will sign off a new one. If you type 2014 Nissan Qashqai engine fault in a search engine take a look at the results I have no words.
I payed for an extended service plan after the complimentary ones ran out. In this service plan it says that I get a courtesy car while the car is being serviced I have had no car for 4 months.
The only thing stopping me from going directly to a solicitor is the lady at Nissan customer care she is an absolute credit to them. I honestly believe she is trying to help. So much red tape to get them to finally admit this known fault £19500 for a car that needs a new engine 3 years into a 4 year + finance package. I WILL not give up this fight. If you read this please like this post to help my plight.

To be honest the negatives in this video aren't even that big of a deal just the reverse camera is a bit trash.

There is an option in car settings for steering wheel weight adjustment... choose sport and car is much more responsive...
