ОтветитьI fell out of my yoga practice after completing another one of Adrienne's 30 day yoga challenges, but I am here now and have completed day one of Move! 🎉 My tummy really hurts today, but I still managed to stick it out for the whole video. So, here's to my next fitness goal - completing the Move challenge! It may take me more than a month (I know the last one did), but I am committed to coming back to it and doing the best that I can whenever I'm able. Time to get fit, get strong, and get flexible! I can do this! 💪

Now, after having a baby and enough of excuses I will do these 30 days with you to start getting my practice on track and gain some of flexibility. Also, I have to practice because I just bought a yoga for kids course and I am very excited to start it!!! You inspired me Adriane. Namaste!

ОтветитьI kept failing to stick to my 30-day goal, but I realized this was just too challenging for me. I'm not sure if this is very beginner friendly but even when I tried to do the easier variations of days 2-7, I felt very tired trying to hold a pose for more than 5 seconds and was discouraged from continuing. I have found a true beginner 30-day journey, so I will be doing that one first. They only do one-two new poses a day in repetition and that helps me get comfortable with them. I think in 30 days I'll finally be ready for this one after being unable to get through it for 4 months. I enjoy your methods and flows and I know they make a difference, so that's why I'm determined to learn from you some day.
ОтветитьI cannot do this anymore. I’m to heavy and I can’t cross my legs for any longer than a minute or so, my ankles ache leaning on the floor. I’m an absolute mess and it makes me sad

ОтветитьIt’s been a year since I went through move. I had taken almost a month away from dedicated practice and I’m so glad to be back. The hardest part is showing up for sure. Once I’m on the mat it’s wonderful.

Unfortunately fell ill with a respiratory infection that stopped me for a week… but I’m starting over determined to get through 30 days consecutively! ОтветитьBack at it! I had to take 6 weeks off for surgery and it's so nice to do my first downward dog of July, 2023! I'm amazed at my body and grateful to slowly get back to it. Thanks for the gentle practice.
ОтветитьAfter i had my baby last year I tried yoga for the first time as a desperate attempt to help w back pain. I did your 30 day challenge and was feeling better on day 4. I fell off for a while but feeling really motivated to do this again.

Finished the old 30 Days of Yoga earlier, did Day 30. Now I did this first day too. Almost an hour of it, I feel good.

ОтветитьCan anyone tell me if they've lost weight with just incorporating yoga? I have really bad tolerance for exercise (besides walking and light resistance training) and im trying to find something to motivate me. I work a somewhat sedentary job and very sedentary lifestyle unless I go out. Ideal weight would be if I was 20 lbs lighter/and or got 20lbs of muscle instead lol. I know this is not hte point of adrienne's videos, but i'd love to hear from you guys.
ОтветитьToo fast, trying to breathe with the motions, I'm not able to keep up. A slower practice that holds the poses longer would be beneficial to newbies

ОтветитьSo first day back into yoga after shoulder surgery a year and a half ago and thank you so much for your calming presence. By talking in your video that a persons muscles might shake or that they may not be able to complete a whole movement was very refreshing and gave me confidence to keep with your routine. Again thank you!

And I really can not thank you enough!! After like three practices of Center I was able to sit, like you’re sitting in the beginning (I’m a tall 28 y/o Dutch woman and haven’t been able to sit like that since I was a child (my right leg just did not wanna bend that far; I remember being SO happy when I was finally being able to sit like that again). This journey has simply been amazing for me. I don’t think you’ll have the time to read all your comments, but just know that if I finish my law degree this year.. it’s mainly thanks to you (and myself for ‘showing up’ to practice, of course 😉). Thank YOU for letting me find my inner peace during this part of my healing journey (PTSD).
