see I shoot with a 35, 85, and 24-70

I have an 85mm f1.4 and a 70-200mm f2.8 I want to get a 50mm 1.4 at some point, but I got through a boudoir shoot with just the 85. It took some work, but the client was happy.

Hi Mike! Love the video. I am searching for your camera 50mm lens with 1.8 aperture. There are a ton of options to choose from. Do you have any tips for picking the right lens ?

Using the 50mm 1.8 and the 85mm 1.8 for Lumix... what was the longes focal range you used the 200mm for in the studio? Might have been just enough a 85mm for you as well.

I have shot both on prime lenses (35 & 50) and my current rf 24-105 f4 lens, and have not had any issues where quality is concerned, even taking in consideration the aperture. However, I enjoy shooting with the zoom because it allows me to keep the flow of the shoot going instead of pausing to change lenses.

Great video. Funny you mentioned the detail shots with the macro lens. I actually use the Z mount 105 macro for my detail shots since I can still get them from a ways back. Now that we can use Sony mount lenses on the Nikon Z mounts with the megadap adapter I've been weighing getting the 35-150 2-2.8 lens to test out since it covers all bases and still has low aperture.
