All Female Company Fails Due To Catfighting, Backstabbing, Drama, Etc

Our society loves to idealize women as these kind, gentle, empathetic, and compassionate beings, but in reality, they generally tend to be the most low key cutthroat, vicious, vindictive, cold, ruthless, manipulative, sociopathic, narcissistic, merciless monsters on the planet.

A girlfriend of mine was the office manager of a credit union that was undergoing rapid expansion. The person in charge was male -- the only one there -- and he didn't mind laying down the law and firing people, but the board of directors had given him a huge task to do, so my girlfriend had to be the tough one. And she was. She kept those women on task. She didn't tolerate any of the kind of bullshit in today's story. When cliquishness developed, she told them they had work to do and they needed to do it. She didn't care if they were happy or not. Her job was to run an effective organization and keep petty disputes from reaching the director's desk, and that's what she did. She would have snorted with scorn at the woman telling the story, saying it was her own fault for not cracking down.
She liked being a woman, but she didn't particularly like women. She had no illusions, and would have been prepared for the nonsense that transpired in the story.
I asked her how she got so tough. She said she had been the leader of a girl-gang in school. Not the kind that went out on shoplifting expeditions and held rumbles -- just a bunch of girls in an all-female Catholic school. She and her counterparts from other gangs got into some vicious fights. She finally calmed down, but she never forgot how nasty women can be.

All woman company is illegal.

I go to the local coffee shop 3-4 times a week. There's not a very big lobby or eating area inside, so when it's slow you can hear the employees talking. One of them will be leaving after her shift is done, and the women say by love you! As soon as the door closes behind her, I can't believe the things they say about the person they just said they love.

Of the seven deadly sins, women typically exhibit envy, vanity, pride, gluttony (not necessarily food but material possessions) and I am on the fence about sloth.
Men typically exhibit wrath, greed, pride and LUST.

I have talked about this with my wife (or rather she talked at me about it ) because it has been a common factor every place she ever worked.
After listening whether I liked it or not I figured this out. You don't need all men in the workplace but you do need some. The more the better. Not because men necessarily work any better than women but because men simply being there makes most women work/cooperate better.
Women care about how men perceive them. If there are men around to witness their behaviour they reign themselves right in. Fact!

She would be learned in how must to exert authority assertively, and harshly as necessary, with enough legal precedent generation about penalties for bad o disruptive behaviour from subordinate workers.
Nice thing for the CEO peace to give the disturbing worker a week paid suspension of labors, as a warning for the second time the worker indulged in a disruptive behaviour, with the written reprimand for her first time in doing the misdeed. Third strike, out, being the firing or by demanding the unrepentant to quit already.

I respect women who don't wear make up or wear minimally at work

Firing people in the US and the UK are incomparable. It’s a LOT easier in the US.

I've been saying for years that men don't understand women and that's okay because women understand women and they don't like each other and that's all you need to know.

I am a new member of the women’s club in our small town. There are several hundred women who belong to it. I was so impressed by the civility and genuine friendships between the group. It’s important that at the beginning of every meeting, there is a read aloud credo of civility, common goal aspirations that are community based, cooperation and service to others. It is one of the only groups of women where I feel comfortable and truly welcomed.

A bitter experience I had heard from a business contact in a trading company in Kuwait, with an all-male staff. The old man, the boss, was very particular about it. Then came in his niece, an Ivy-League MBA, who proposed implementing all many 'enlightened' ideas, and convinced her doting uncle to let her into top Management, and let her hire females, mostly in the higher echelons of management. The old man inducted her as a GM (a big thing in Kuwait), while he continued as Chairman, sort of semi-retired.
About 18 months later, the company had gone down so much that the old man had to step back in. 
The niece was then moved to Dubai, in deference to Family ties and all that. But all these 5 girls were also "eased out", one by one.

Women can't just mind their own business. Women can't just be happy. Women can't just show up and do the job.

Allowing women to vote. Was a fatal mistake for America.

The owner had no control of the office, and I sold my client to another.

Imagine if all of these women worked with each other for long enough to have their periods at the same time. And then they had to work with each other then.

She should have had a uniform for them to wear.

Women are like the demons in Doom Eternal. They'll gang up on your and attack you relentless, but then when you're not around they'll start fighting each other.
