I am hoping to get a grapevine for my birthday and it looks like you are butchering the vine but it is great to know how to look after a vine properly, thank you for a great vid - Darren from the UK
Ответитьthank you so much! i learned more from your video in less than 5 minutes of watching than i learned about grapevines from everyone else in the last year. i would like to support yopur charity ,but we have a program going on her ein htis community as well where I live.
thanks again, ill pass this on for sure.
When the vines are waking up is definitely not the time to prune. They'll bleed sap for two weeks. Prune when they are deepest in dormancy, like the coldest day of the year. The spurs should be new wood and have two or three buds. Two year old wood will not bear fruit.
ОтветитьMy vine is on its 3rd year. During the growing season, do you do any trimming, or do you allow the vine to do what it wants?
ОтветитьWhat I like about this video is that you present cases where a decision has to be made thoughtfully and you clarify your actions.
On a second thought, wish I could collect all those cuttings. Pure gems to grow.
Still quite confusing
ОтветитьThanks ma'am for sharing this video about grapes farming. I am full watching your video. GOD BLESS ♥️
ОтветитьVery useful. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThanks for making it very simple. Quick question what is that white pebbles that you put on the soil at the base of the grapevine, And another question, what kind of fertilizer by brand do you use?And when do you put the fertilizer.

Thank you for inspiring me today😊.
Happy gardening!
Hi, what type of fertilizer you recommend for grape vines
ОтветитьI have only one plant in last year. Cold weather is now started which will remain up to end Feb. , 2025. When I should start pruning of my plant ? Pl. guide me.
ОтветитьThis is the best video on this I’ve seen. I really appreciate your clear explanation with non botany terms. I only have one vine, had it for 4 years. It fruited once last year. I had no idea what i was doing. Now i feel armed with the right knowledge and brave enough to try again. Thank you.
ОтветитьMa quelle macchie sui tralci è escoriosi? O un attacco di oidio?
In più mi chiedevo se la fa così caldo....
Blessings
ОтветитьIt's very helpful! Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьThanks for keeping it simple to understand. I just bought a house with several grape vines that have been neglected for 5+ years and I want to try and get them ready for this year!
ОтветитьExcwllwnt—so clear and helpful. :-)
ОтветитьThank you and I new at this. Your video was very helpful and lots of example of pruning the vine, very helpful!!!!!
ОтветитьNot good. In her attempt to simplify she does a couple of things. One, she changes generally accepted vineyard terms (such as shoot, cane, bud and cordon) and replaces them with her own. How does that help? Second, she leaves out important things like WHY she is doing what she’s doing. She makes cuts w no explanation. How is that helpful? Simpler is not better.
ОтветитьWhat type of fertilizer you use on your vines. Thank you.
ОтветитьI pruned last year and barely got any grapes 🍇 hardly any flowers came out
Ответитьwhat npk do you use and how often during the growing season ??
ОтветитьI’m planting grapes this spring. I had planned on letting them grow over an arch. Would that be a bad idea since they will need to be pruned?

I particularly watched the entire video of yours above that has been the effectual for me for some of completing tips as you have experienced.
