you could do a routine of low impact, no jumping to not impact the spine and knees

Hey quick question, after a year of just sitting around and eating i decided to start doin cardio but when it come to the ground exercises i can barrely do any of them bc by the time i get to them im too weak, is it ok if i skip them and repeat once more what i can, and how can i streighten my legs? Sorry for any bad english

Day 💓1: I was exhausted and tired, even got leg cramps but i was ready to achieve my task.
Day 2:💜 I was feeling confident and better and Saw some result on my thighs and lower belly
Day 3: Feeling Motivated and done all exercise with a diet plan 😎

I love working out and my 19yr old son loves your videos. He always told me "mom, you gotta try out his workout routines. My sons figure has really toned since doing your videos. So anyway, i finally gave your video a try. I gotta say, its kicked my ass! Lol
...AND I gotta repeat it 2-3 times??😂 jk Im 45 and definitely up fir the challenge.💪🏽🦵🏽

Doing this for almost a month now, remember when I started I cant even do a 45 sec for each. Now I'm able to finish all of this and trimmed from 90 kilos to 72. Ofcourse you need to some diet. Definitely worth following.

My main goal was to lose weight, I have been doing this workout only once in a day after a cup of green tea since 1 month and remember that I was really conscious about my diet during the period, No sugar content at all, eating twice a day only and never rest down after eating, i also do around 1.5 hours of normal walk just for chilling with friends. So my total calorie intake is around 1400 in a day and I am burning around 2600 calories including BMR (Amount of calories body burns naturally) +Walk+Workout.
I was 111kg at start and right now m 104 and still going, I don't know if the result is because of this workout or due to my body control and walk, anyways you can also follow this routine. Have fun
