How to fix FPS drops while moving mouse and increase performance in games

This actually has something to do with the file wdf01000.sys I had no problems what so ever until recently, i have isolated all dpc latency to this file and it is guilty of causing EVERYONES mouse problems. Microsoft sucks ass at drivers and all the engineers need to go to rehab, cause they are on crack!
