Hey everyone! I know this one is a little shorter than usual, but it didn't fit with any of my other compilation videos very well. It's also an insane story that I think deserved to be a standalone. In any case, have a great weekend!
Ответитьthis is the same plot (like to a T) of “Adrift: 76 days lost at sea”
ОтветитьIve got the poon lim in my hanes
ОтветитьWow I'm so glad he survived this horror
ОтветитьIf you want the complete story, you can read the book “Sole Survivor” by Ruthanne Lum McCunn. A lesson in resilience for sure. Enjoyed the video!
ОтветитьNaming your son poon Lin was the start of the problem. Ahahah
ОтветитьReally this could just be all made up. It's just a bunch of pictures, a slide-show.
ОтветитьI'm just learning about the decoys. How amazing and how tragic. Fascinating though. 😢❤
ОтветитьThe Suriname coast is 2800 miles from NYC... what else did you get wrong and never bothered to check ??
ОтветитьWhere did the boat come from
ОтветитьHorrible situation to be in. Fortunately the military didn't use him as target practice!
ОтветитьSuriname to NYC is about 2,775 miles by sea, not 1,500 as you say...
ОтветитьImagine finding poon out at sea like that, what a lucky break
ОтветитьThis story confirms that there were plenty of a&*holes fighting in the war.
ОтветитьHell of a story.
ОтветитьCan you imagine the mental strength you need to have to survive this ordeal ? This is the best example on how to keep getting hope in the worse situation.
Ответитьa fisherman lost at sea has some useful skills
ОтветитьHe spent the rest of his life in Brooklyn. So he would have been better off if he had drowned in the first place.
ОтветитьThere’s nothing “horrifying” about the way this story was described
ОтветитьMr.poon is a absolute legend
ОтветитьI cant even imagine being fully capable of rescuing another human being from a potentially cetain death & then choosing not to because of their race or nationalitity. WTF???
Ответить3 Brazilian fisherman?
How many is a Brazilian and where were they from?
Not today Atlantic Ocean! This guy was born for this. Raised as a fisherman and to do agriculture his whole life before. 133 days of eating fish day after day...but he is a freaking survivor. This story made me happy 😀
Can you imagine your 132nd pitch black night and how destitute you'd feel. Then how completely happy as possible the next day.
133 days in the sea 🌊 you don't think 🤔 is a little impossible to believe, ok I can understand 1 or 2 weeks but 133 days HAHAHAHAHAHA!! YEAH RIGHT
ОтветитьRead the book.
ОтветитьA Chinamans chance indeed
ОтветитьGod put that raft there for him
ОтветитьVery well presented good narrator.
ОтветитьHis parents left china to become fisherman so their kids didnt have to fight in the war.only for their son to not want to be a fisherman and fight in the war.only to survive as a castaway because of his fishing skills taught to him by his family.the irony.lollll
ОтветитьOnly lost 20lbs in five months at sea? Remarkable feat of survival.
ОтветитьWhere did this random raft come from? Why did it have so much fresh water on it?
Ответить133 days at sea on a raft alone by himself, I think it still is an unbroken record. Salute to Mr. Lim. 😃😎
ОтветитьWait, he couldn't even tell them his name without a translator? That's weird.....
Ответитьpoon tang, his brother is another legend
ОтветитьI'm skeptical on how much of Lim's story is based upon truth or under hallucination.
ОтветитьHow the fuck was there a prepared life raft there lol
ОтветитьToo much "33" from the 33⁰ liars around. (way too obvious...)
Ответитьnot the first or last bad story about poon
ОтветитьPray for Poon
ОтветитьDont need his personal history since birth
ОтветитьLol no way thats his name 😂
ОтветитьImagine joining another country's navy and then moaning about not having the best job!! Ffs! What did he expect. British wouldn't of even been allowed in there country nevermind join there navy. Its weird British go to other countries and are so polite and dont just expect to be given money and be housed but when people come here they get better chances then the British.
ОтветитьOh, this guy also had a van stall and he also had a Beretta and he also had a nice Buddha knife. Who knows what else he had on his adventure. This is so fucking sickening. It makes me sick to my stomach he’s got hooks he’s got Line) he’s got all this stuff was he ready for a camping trip? Maybe he wasn’t going to warm it he’s going on a camping trip
ОтветитьWhat a bullshit story yeah I believe in this and I believe there’s good Jews on this planet too
ОтветитьWhat is the longest lost at sea survival?
438 days
José Salvador Alvarenga holds the record for the longest solo survival at sea. He was adrift for 438 days, and traveled over 6,700 miles. Alvarenga is a fisherman, and on November 17, 2012, he set sail from the fishing village of Costa Azul in Mexico.Jul 9, 2021
I knew a guy named Poon Tang. He got lost in a cave and has never returned.
ОтветитьI would never attach my account to such a video 🫣👎
ОтветитьQuem mais veio ver se tinha algum brasileiro aqui nos comentários? Armação dos búzios-RJ 🇧🇷
