Mines are a really special case, the microphone of my headphones only works in wireless mode, but when I connect it through cable it doesn't work (I also made sure it's not the cable).

What do I do if the copper looking part falls off (the one that I'm supposed to solder the wire to)

I dont have the weird heating thing. Is there other way to heat up the wire?

I have razer kraken tournament edition headphones and want to use them again because of they are comfortable and should the best. My other headphones is Phillip shp2500 they have volume rocker but they are not loud enough bass is ok. Cord is long for people in the music industry.

Only things: 1. I'd test the operation before reassembling, just in case.

2. I'd NOT super-glue the cover to the headphone base, in case of need for future repair.

I have a Cyber Acoustics headset, but it seems if I pull off the earphone cover it'll rip. I'm gonna be brave and hope they attach like yours, only tighter.

One side of my headphones were broken, so i had to cut that side.
Now the other (only) side doesn't work. It is connected to my phone and pc but theres no sound.
