Fast or slow she's ultra precise.
That's why I like her best.
Feels like her strings are attached to my heart.
Technically a giant, musically a dwarf, better listen to Grumiaux, Venguerov, Mutter, Hahn, etc.
Midori Goto evokes such incredible sadness as she intently watches the life of her final note reach it's unavoidable end as she slowly draws closer and closer to the tip of her bow, akin to a dear lover dying in her arms.
So exquisitely emotional without sentimentality. Bravo my beloved Midori.
This performance still blows my mind like the first time I watched it. That was a decade ago
The best audience I’ve ever seen in a classical music performance
The greatest!
Her Chopin is beautiful, but it doesn't seem to move as much as Sarah Chang's performance when she was ten years old. But Midori is the best!!! 👍👍👍
John Poppy 🕊️⛪🥀
I heard this piece played on the telly for an Adopt-an-Animal (abused, neglected) announcement. How sad it sounds, I thought. Very appropriate.
I have no words for the absolute best. Cuts into me like the finest Japanese blade ever
This never gets old, everytime I listen to this piece played by Midori I always get goosebumps.
Simply unreal. Bravo Midori.
Midori is such a great violinist!!!!!!
They almost wouldn’t dare to breathe, at the end. Just like myself.
The best version....wooow... big Thnx from Kosovo!
Midori 👍👍👏👏💐
Gorgeous. Although I do like itzhak's version a bit better.
Ответитьno way to understand where one's mind and heart in past time was thinking about but here it is being written with no modern times no electricity only by candlelight or sunlight by day's...
Lei....... Midori...
Angelic….
….and so powerful.
Can someone edit out the coughs from the soundtrack?
Wonderful expressiveness

The beginning is particularly heartbroken. So many emotions 😭
Wow! Speechless.
Masterful.
That crescendo on the G# after the cadenza gets me every time!
How did she do that?
I heard of midori, ever since they admitted to juliards, she was just a little girl, she is amazing 🤩
