I have literally just dogged a bullet with a person who was not good for me and I am free from him. We only dated seriously for 2 months after just talking since April. Now it’s over and I am in my own frame & I love my own energy!

ОтветитьFor 5-10 mins stare at a candle
Be more and more relaxed with every breath. Muscles behind your eyelids loosenn and rekax.
Tension in the jaw, if any, relax.
2. Observe your thoughts
3. On the in- breath, bring the awareness inside your body.
4. Feel the separation between you and the flame.
5. Put the awareness in your left leg, right leg, torso, heart.
6. Bring the awareness into self.
7. Feel the space between you and the walls.
8. As you feel the separation, you are taking the energy inside.
9. On the in- breath focus on the flame.
9. On the outbreath, focus on the peripheral. Feel the connection between you and the environment.
10. Feel the energy go more in your bottom three chakras.
1. You learn to tune out as you become a people pleaser.
2. You tame on other Peoples stuff.
3. You dont connect with your lower three chakras.
4. You escape to your upper Chakras, such as the anjana Chakra.
5. You do things you dont want to, i.e. you lose authenticity.
6. So, get inside your body. Be you.
7. Do the candle staring exercise that acts as a bridge.
i don't know why your explanation just resonated so much with me. on my first breath in staring at my candle i teared up and started crying from how different it felt to allow myself to feel separate and safe in my body! the more i learn the more i find we live in contradictory truths. we all value connection but i never allowed myself to feel the beauty of separation. and i know this will lead to greater and more authentic connection <3 thank you for this
ОтветитьI’m on day 3 of this and I’ve never felt more confident in my abilities to do anything. Before I came across your videos, I was subconsciously at all times wondering how people were perceiving me and what I was doing. So I would do things for people to make sure people knew that I was good and nice (deep childhood wound) and very hyper vigilant of everyone’s feelings at all times. This meditation has really helped me understand the separation. Thank you!!!

Edit. Day:10 I felt like an electric buzz in my heart today and energy all through my body. I had this feeling of sinking deep into my body and I realised something has changed. My hands were tingling with energy. It felt so good that I watched the video over again ... Thank you.
(Also I stood up to someone without fear a couple of days ago).

Well, I once again am reminded how strong I'm in my head instead of in my heart. My mind was struggling like ,"How do we have to do it?" ,, What are we doing?" Are we doing it, right or wrong?" ,, I can't imagine anything!" But I've got that feeling that I felt the separation more and more towards the candle. Btw the candle in the video looked strongly and purely white after quite some time..
ОтветитьToday Dec9,2023 first time I listen to this video and the other video that led to this, I felt centred I did not leave my body completely I kept coming back fast, I feel safe and more relaxation in my sacral chakra I LOVE the feeling. I will keep an update here ❤
Third day , feels amazing
I’ve watched this 3 times and I’m still not sure what I’m supposed to be doing and when (in/out breath etc). From the positive comments I’m thinking I’ve missed or misunderstood something. The “awareness” he mentions, awareness of what? Did I miss that too? I’d be extremely grateful if anyone has any pointers for me. Thanks all
ОтветитьQuestion. I feel more drawn to the exhale of measuring distance and creating boundaries and inhaling as being connected with everything in nature and peripheral. Is it okay to do it opposite?
And am I supposed to be feeling the energy ball or light inside of me at all times while doing the entire breathing in and out while focusing on distance and connecting to energy all simultaneously and depending on breathing in or out or am I overthinking it? 🤔.
I only tried once and found it to be difficult. Maybe the AADD PTSD has me not able to focus. I also found it difficult to relax. I literally kept tensing up and had to keep telling myself to relax. I will keep trying. I need this.
Also, when in public do we use it as a technique or is it only a practice in private and just the practice at home changes everything within and subconsciously fixes without the need to actively practice throughout the day?
Why do I ask so many questions? I feel like I should just be able to understand. I'm not and I'm frustrating myself. 😬
So on the inhale you are aware of self/body + distance and the outbreath the connectedness between you and the other person?
Anyone experiencing that feeling of you disappointing the other while doing the inhale (probably meaning you disappointing by choosing not to be codependent in that moment)? And if so how have you / are you dealing with it?
I seem to not be able to find this 'good feeling' while doing the inhale in some instances and love to know how to move through it..
Now I get my value from being me. Valuing authenticity not validation.

ОтветитьI'm on day 2 and i can honestly say this is the most powerful meditation i have ever done.
I have really bad control over my energy and I don't really have any1 that can teach me stuff. But this meditation just works. Can't wait to continue. Wonder if i have a huge block in my solar plexus since that's the part of my body I feel the most after doing this meditation.
thank you, this was powerful, wil def take more practice getting centered into but already feel a shift and randomly at the end i heard my inner voice say, "i got my wings back!" hmm powerful stuff 🙏🏾🧚🏾♂️

Deep stuff! This understanding truly change my world. Doing disconnecting meditation comes so hard for me, all my body is oposing to it almost shaking!! Ответитьdid this meditation for 21 days once. Results were fantastic. Going at it again cuz of recently i compromised the results and want to bring them back. Day 1 released some self doubt and negative beliefs of myself. I could feel them rising to the surface. Going good so far 🙏

ОтветитьThe chakra thing is so true. I am a dancer and once I attended a "dancing from the chakras" workshop. I realised that I was very good at dancing from the Third Eye Chakra, it felt so natural to me, as an empath.
ОтветитьYour face and eyes being so close to the flame we are to focus on seems odd like hypnosis (especially as you tell viewers to on exhale focus on periphery which if watching video is your eyes and face…your eyes right in alignment, unavoidable when looking at the flame vs focus on self and meditation.
ОтветитьI was doing this very consistently for a month and some change. The biggest takeaway was helping me get through the beginning stage of a breakup, but also letting go of the little things that can ignite a fire. It was as simple as: “ Ok, im upset, but ill let it go and it wont bother me”
ОтветитьYour frame technique changed my life. I had left my ex narc and had a complete loss of self and I was wayyyy out of my frame. I had so much shame and feelings just stuck and suppressed. As I did that frame technique for 21 days it changed my life Aaron. It was really tough at first, as I did the frame technique the first week or two I released a lot of stuck energy and feelings and cried and cried as I brought the energy back. But it literally helped me to be able to talk to people again slowly. I had been isolated for so long with my ex narc. Again, I couldn’t thank you enough Aaron. This really helped me so much.
