How to enable Google Chrome’s hidden Reader Mode setting

My chrome does not work.

In the subsequent updates of Chrome and on 118, it's added on the side Panel as “reading mode”. Edge still has the best UI when it comes to reader mode, but overall Chrome still feels better (especially after enabling the Chrome Refresh 2023/Customize Side Panel experimental options within Chrome://flags)

I enabled the reading mode, but nothing showed on the tab. Did they remove that feature? When I select a text and right-click on it, there is an option that says go to reading mode, I click on it, but nothing happens.

Chrome needs floating tabs like Edge and Fiferox. A modern interface.
