If Creamy layer is not competent enough then who gets the benefit of this community in general category and what is the percentage of obc Creamy layer in present employment status in India today.

सभी प्रकार के आरक्षण की समीक्षा होनी चाहिए आज तक जो परिवार लाभ ले चुके उनको निकल देना चाहिए अगले परिवार को लाभ देना चाहिए अगर ऐसा न हुआ तो पिछडा वरगे ही पिछड़ा वर्ग का शोषण कर रहाहै इस में परिवार बाद घुस गया है

आरक्षण केवल वोट बैंक की राजनीति है,बराबरी तो केवल शिक्षा से ही आ सकता है ना कि पैसा और पद से। इसलिए यदि स्तर ऊपर उठाने के लिये आरक्षण देना है तो केवल शिक्षा में देना चाहिए। या फिर यह होना चाहिए कि जो कम से कम 10th पास नहीं होगा वो मतदान के लिये अधिकारी नहीं होगा।

Creamy Lair as the name Suggests above the water level. and this cream is malayi floating above the water. Which can be quantified in terms of Monetary income. The reasons behind exclusion of agricultural income rental income should be included. Jati Janganna Has no impact if economic criteria is considered. However if government wants for vote Bank politics. It can be done with normal demography. Soncho Gadhon.

Government should open New school College to accommodate all for education. As regards Naukri and ROJGAR economic criteria can be the base which must include agricultural income. Their parents if employed class one officer, should be excluded from reservation. For Rojgar Loan Interest and income tax Rebate Suitably be provided. Soncho.

मेरा एक सवाल है अगर कोई व्यक्ति सरकारी सेवा में है उसका वेतन 13लाख रुपये सालाना है और वो फिर से कोई एग्जाम देना चाहता है तो क्या वो व्यक्ति आरक्षण का लाभ ले पायेगा,जबकि उसके पिता की आय अभी भी 2लाख रुपये सालाना है।
