I am sorry but compared to all the garbage that came after this, this to me is the best and last terminator we got after T2. Pick your poison. This is the one.

You'd think Sarah conner would have been more at ease after they took down cyberdine but her leaving john with a coffin full of guns definitely shows that she knew it wasnt really over.

Compared to the sequels that came after T2 this movie is extremely good in comparison. Just don't like how hard they tried to make it both like T2 and completely different, especially how they completely retconned the extended cut ending of T2 at the same time which in my opinion is the REAL ending of the franchise. They forced hard the whole time paradox and causality concepts of the time traveling from the first two movies but if things were as pre ordained and determined as the movies insisted especially this one then Judgement Day would've happened regardless in 1997. Which didn't because in this movie, which is the DIRECT sequel of T2, it happened in 2003 lol.

I dunno. They should've just stopped with the infiltrator saga in T2. They still could've made the series work by just having Judgement Day happen anyway in 1997 and have the following movies take place in the future with the war against the machines. Then again in my opinion they should've just stopped the series with T2 and kept the extended ending as canon where they prevented Judgement Day and Skynet's creation with the death of the engineer responsible for it's creation and the destruction of future Skynet technology in the present day.
