ОтветитьThe simple bubble sort loop at "Function pointers and callbacks" is slightly inefficient.
I edited the loop to be a bit more efficient.
Instead of ( i < n ) and ( j < n-1 ), I transformed it to ( i < n-1 ) and ( j < n-1-i )
This prevents unnecessary overchecking.
Here are the resulting performance results of a practical 12-element integer array:
{5,2,4,1,10,6,7,3,12,9,11,8}
OUTPUT:
5 2 4 1 10 6 7 3 12 9 11 8
Checks: 66 (My code)
Swaps: 19
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
