I hope nobody forgot about this feature because I'm not seeing anybody demonstrating since the release of Android 13, 2 days ago. I will immediately upgrade to a phone that can run Windows on it if it's capable in Android 13.

Project renegade have no plans to support the Tab s8 so that leaves this, just hope someone figures out how to get gpu drivers working with the phone otherwise it will be a big disappointment

My oneplus 6 is dual booted with windows 11 and i use it as computer replacement with usb c to 3 usb a and hdmi dongle. I used computer to install windows though i sold my computer allready, it was a pentium 4 laptop with broken display, and now im impressed of what the oneplus 6's performance is. Better then i expected

I'd be interested to see where this goes with the x86-64 emulation layer in Windows 10/11 aarch64. And until proper virtio support is added, maybe you might have luck with using llvmpipe on the Windows guest in the meantime (it can be built for Windows as a drop-in opengl32.dll)

I don't interested about Windows, I love Linux, finally full Ubuntu, Debian, Raspbian, Manjaro arm64 with Phosh shell and Plasma mobile can be used on Android, its the best news for Linux!

i dont think big companies are gonna allow this, since as you said - some people may not need to purchase computer... in fact majority of pc users wouldnt need computer if it was possible to just use phone as desktop... and currently you need both pc and phone.

This would be sweet on the S22 Ultra if the stylus works correctly and Android 13 still supports kvm. I would be like free Windows tablet with my update. Thank you. If the S22 is getting 4 years of updates, my next phone will probably run Fuchsia.

This is awesome news, as long as I could run browser and heavy apps such as Photoshop with full peripherals support I'd be more than happy to use it as my main personal computer. It's getting really close.
