Philips TV with Google TV - How to factory Reset your TV

hi there. i boughtPhilips 55''OLED 708 android TV last saturday. after 20-25 mins watching tv via satellite, sounds is going on but screen closes 1-2 sec anda pops on after. i changed the old hdmi cable. by the way i have 15 years old sony lcd still no problem. after changing the old hdmi still same issue is going on. i called the offical tech service in Turkey. they said do you have the same problem while using othe apps like netflix etc. well i havent realized it coz i havent got any chance to use it so long. so i decieded to go back to factory seeting. do you face with the same problems with other customers?

What I need is to restart without pulling the plugg. Steaming services stop working every few weeks
