I am on the last page under “ manufacturing and distribution information” this page is apparently new and I have no idea how to complete this information? “Upload sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoice”.

Hi Cameron, I’m a foreign domiciled seller based outside of the US. I heard foreign trademark owners cannot apply for a trademark on their own accord and will need to appoint a trademark attorney to do so on their behalf. Is this true?

Great video. Does Amazon require proof of trademark for each product you add after you're already enrolled in Brand Registry? For example, if I get approved for Brand Registry with a product trademarked in class 28, do I have to show proof of trademark to add a future product that is in class 16 even if I'm using the same brand/logo?

@CamronJames I'm going through the process now and they are requiring much more in-depth details regarding supplier relationship, third party entities, etc. When I go to seller central, it says you have to pay $40 per month to be on there.

Does the trademark registered with USPTO have to be the same as your Amazon brand name?

Great video, Camron! I believe there is a mistake in your video. You cannot use pending trademark application to register. Amazon does not allow it unless you apply for trademark through their IP acceleration program (very costly for beginners). I did not managed to get it through. Very curious if anyone here did it by yourself successfully.

So when i put in my Trademark serial number for my pending trademark, it says they cant find the serial number and to try again in 48 hrs if it was recently submitted. Anyone have any ideas where to go from here?

I've been selling on Amazon for years. Mostly retail arbitrage. Do I need to open a new amazon seller account for brand registry to sell my own brand or can I use my existing account where are I sell other peoples products? Can I do multiple brands under one amazon account with different brand registries?
