here after I failed my momma. I love you more than anything and I feel so sorry that I did what I did, I hope you can feel that I’m a better person because of you now
ОтветитьThank you very much.
ОтветитьThis man was God's answer to our yearning for substantial dialogue in the Western World.
ОтветитьHOW GOOD IS THIS!!! WOW
ОтветитьI was never a failure in life until I started experiencing weird problems with technology and people began taking a weird interest in my life...I want to know why this began. Its been a huge obstacle for me!!!!
ОтветитьI definitely beat my self with a club 😢 especially after I got sexually assaulted.
ОтветитьTo any young men in this chat, 20's- 30's, please learn what you need to now, cause you for sure don't want to be in my shoes, 48 years old stuffing boots for $16 bucks an hour, constantly reminding myself of the hundreds of major failures i have made and keep making over the past 35 years. Regret is heavier than iron. Starting over at 48 sucks! Trust me! Dont wait, change now!
ОтветитьLost an great job at a great company because of my stupidity and ignorance. Sometimes I feel like literally jumping off a cliff or getting hit by a car.
ОтветитьHere after non getting a job after an internship. Got some reality checks from manager. We will bounce back baby 💪🙏
ОтветитьI failed my exams in business school now I’m fucked what i do tho
ОтветитьI know I have learned from my mistake. I made a worker feel bad about his. I’m a high-ranking chef at a university and I was told by an employee that her coworker (let's call him Will) had been touching crew members too much. Not that type of touch, just casual ones, like on arms or shoulders. He was always very outgoing and tactile at work. I took him to my colleague’s office and told him he shouldn't touch anyone without consent. Just handshakes. I said we needed the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment, that he pretty much shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school. How he shouldn't tell his stories because they may be inappropriate to some degree to the other workers; funny to him only. I think he’s about 25. He seemed pretty quiet and uncomfortable during my speech. Answered a question or two with a nod and headshake.
(Warning: Graphic Content) That night, Will got shot by a woman, who said "Your time is up. This is for your unfiltered joke yesterday. HeII, this is for everyone who knows you. Nobody WANTS you. You deserve to DlE!" And then she stuck a knife into his stomach. Luckily the police arrived to arrest her and save Will. He was treated at the hospital just in time. But...what if he wasn't? What if our last moment was in the office? Yes, I needed to address his behavioral "issue," but I should've been more respectful. More filter, less touching at work? Yeah, but compromise would've been fine. Like, only touching friendly coworkers he gets along great with. It's perfectly natural to causally touch or tap people without it being creepy. Will never meant to be that word. He just needed some limits, not all or nothing. I should’ve shown more patience and only given him a very brief and gentle talk in the hall, not a firm lecture in the office with his boss present. And I shouldn’t have asked her if there anything she wanted to add. So insensitive. Will never meant any discomfort or harm. He only meant to have fun with his coworkers. I made him feel bad, and the assaiIant made it much worse. I have to apologize to him whenever I can, for mishandling the situation. His assauIt is the only thing that made realize what was right.
Got smashed after getting a job im Bay Street equivalent of Canadas Wall Street and working there for two years got my self fired
ОтветитьMoral of the story: provide yourself with a solution for the future and move forward. Nit-picking your failure will serve nothing in fact it’s counter productive and no one gains anything from it.
ОтветитьHere after making a mistake.
ОтветитьMaybe end up in divorce court and end up paying 250.000😂
ОтветитьIn huge debt. Big mistake of my life. Had to withdraw from ministry. I pray God's word come true for me!
ОтветитьJust did very badly in my winter exams. Its the first time I've ever failed one but I won't give up and to overcome this I'm here.
ОтветитьI just came after seeing my practical result.
ОтветитьHere after ronaldo's failure.
It feels awful after seeing my idol fall.
Needed this.
Just got passed up for a promotion to CCO. I’m only 28 - I won’t quit
ОтветитьNot here after failure but after making small mistake that just ruined my day and made my family members worry about me
I feel like i shouldn't exist
I failed
ОтветитьI fucked up so bad. I lost everything I'd worked for. This is me trying hard to get back on my feet and it is so fucking hard!!!
A moonth later and I'm back on my feet. I'm never going back down.
Everything resonated with me... Thank you, Jordan, and thanks to the uploader!
ОтветитьHere after my interview... Kinda having the feeling of "good for nothing" 🤦🏻♀️😐
ОтветитьI hate failing with a passion. But I have to say his message about failing is wrong. You should beat yourself up and put yourself down. Then use that feeling to pass and never fail again. It’s not okay to fail. What is okay is to create a baseline if it’s your first attempt and grow from that baseline. Never below.
ОтветитьFailed my second fucking driving test
Ответитьyea... im too perfectionistic and neurotic. Everytime I make mistakes I become too emotional and says "Aa I want to kil myself!" lol. I try to decreased that. Yea it's not productive in the long run.
ОтветитьWhile controversial, Jordan is a wake up call
ОтветитьI have passed so many things in my life however I've gotton too comfterable in my own success today I had the harshest reality check failing my driving test in a couple of minutes at the age of 21, though I was miserable for a while it was the wake up call I needed to apply for my dream job work harder than I already do because its not progress if your not comfterable, pass with the best grades I have ever gotten and will secure my dream job by journaling, exercising, reading, cleaning my room and other bad habits that I have picked up as result of comfort. Will keep you guys updated in two months
ОтветитьYour the father everyone needs, but nobody deserves
ОтветитьDoes anyone else here just love his asides? He's like... This is logical point a which is why point b and this leads to point c, and then, bam! He drops a zinger of an aside about the divorce court 😂 Funny but true 👀👀👀
Ответитьi have a degree in english literature and I am here, do NOT do it y'all do NOT .
ОтветитьHere after failing
ОтветитьHis point about winning arguments, leaving them no outs being a bad thing struck to my core.
ОтветитьWhat lecture is this from?
ОтветитьThe part he is talking about the pleasure of being miserable is so real, we all have seen those kind of people and even may have been with. The people who love being rejected and disrespected and if you take their misery from them, they are simply no one and have nothing to offer.
ОтветитьThanks for this vídeo, just what i needed to hear
