i tried jumping between tree branches a few years ago.. seemed like a really strong branch.. the branch instantly snapped... the branch landed on my head... quite a big cut.. lots of blood

i used to climb a lot of trees back when i had a car so i could go lots of places.. the annoying thing is, other people nearly always ruin the trees..
one big one i used to climb that was off track... suddenly people started walking past it, a path formed, people saw me climbing it.. then theyd
let their dogs chew lower branches.. and people would snap off branches... peeling bark off the tree etc. in the end the tree was cut down due to
being unsafe.. purely due to those garbage people that purposefully damaged it

how can you say sticks dont matter in trees? if you take away all the sticks, all youve got is trunk and leaves lol

what that seb guy does is pretty much what i used to do in my teens and 20s before i got bad knees, bad back and constant fatigue

I think this is your best video, it captures so well the joyfulness and exactment of play that is such a great part of Parkour. Sebastian is, in my opinion, the best ambassador or this aspect (to me the best aspect) of Parkour.
