Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm!

I never tried Nivea Post Shave Balm before. My dad had some but it was the alcohol one. Burned my face and stinged alot. Bought the Sensitive Nivea Post Shave Balm and it's amazing.

I use the regular balm. But living in Japan, some products just aren’t offered. I may give this a try if Amazon US doesn’t kill me on shipping.

That's my favourite after shave too so I use it as well after I've shaved.

I've found it's helped when ever I've got cuts or rashes from shaving.

Nivea is a shit

I just started wet shaving and use coconut oil pre and post shave, it's awesome and inexpensive.

Hello, I’m new to aftershave. I’ve been shaving for 10 years but have never used aftershave. I’ve always had sensitive skin, especially under my chin, my chin, and about my chin. I’m looking for something that helps with the sensitivity, bumps, redness, etc. As I stated, I’ve never used aftershave, from the videos I’ve reviewed, I’ve noticed individuals applying it around the neck. If I were to use this product on my face after I’ve shaved it entirely, am I going to want to apply it all over my face, or just around my neck?

99% of the reviews on this product are done by women. I guess they use it for fakeup.

My face swells up after shaving.. does this help with reducing the puffiness?

I tried this for about a year, it is SHIT, it don't relax skin, you don't feel like you put anything on your skin, comparing it to old style liquid Gillette where you feel the relaxation, the cool smell the kinda cover it puts on your skin.
I did not like it at all, specialy that it had that "toxic" thing in it, oh boy, you better stay away.

Nick you have to try the Duke Cannon after shave balm. It's magical

I use this stuff too. It's better than Blue de Chanel which costs 20x the price.
Only I use it after shaving my face. Not my neck.

I love the irony, that more women than men use this product, as a primer foundation thingy, as it holds their makeup better than those 50+$ products :P You women, let us men have something for ourselves for a change, gez :D

Best after shave I've ever used . I used to have skin problems that I'd get after i shaved but thanks to this product I now have clear smoth skin after every shave !!

I don't recommend the NIVEA aftershave balm. I recommend the Gillette aftershave GEL, this is a great product, I always used in Perú, but after some time it become more expensive. When I start to use it, its price was 7 peruvian soles ( like 2.5 dollars) it was in 2000 year. But now in Perú it cost 30 soles aprox 10 dollars. Now in 2020 I am in Spain and here it's more difficult find the Gillete Aftershave and it cost like 8 euros and only I could find it in "El Corte Inglés". happily i was able to find its replacement: BABARIA AFTERSHAVE GEL 3 EFECTOS and only cost 2.25 euros. I recommend it!!!

No alcohol; That's fantastic aftershave.

it's not available in the Philippines but i have tried it and loved the fragrance.

Can I use it on my face?

Been using it for twenty years, it's hard to tell if it has changed but the bottle definitely hasn't much. It works well, you need the tiniest amount too... a bottle lasts me most of the year.

I want to say that I think it used to have more alcohol in it and was a bit stingier but I'm not sure if I'm misremembering it.

This is the most perfect review ive ever seen.. wasn't disappointed in the slightest bit, he covers everything!

My go-to after-shave balm. Inexpensive and widely available. As an added bonus, it soothes razor burns and irritations.

Just bout this one my skin was irritating a little bit after my first time shaving hopefully its good on my skin

Yo uso jabon de avenne para limpiar la cara en las mañanas despues me rasuro y uso este balsamo y la verdad no me irrita nada el rostro lo recomiendo soy de piel mixta.y por ultimo uso la crema nivea men para hidratar...hagan esto todo esto todos los dias y veran los resultados.

I listened to a lot of positive stuff but the one thing that immediately made me completely trust it even before trying is "it's a German product"... I've never known a bad German product, from cars to blenders. Thanks for that part, all I had to hear 😂👍

This is probably one of the best aftershave bombs I’ve ever used. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have to do a pretty lengthy routine just to get my skin ready to be shaved. And even then my face breaks out or has horrible razor burn. This cream definitely helps alleviate it along with skin bracer. It’s almost the only thing that works.


Edit: I have now finished my original bottle. Now I have removed the logos, and cleaned it, and I am now using it to store my aqua Velva aftershave.

Be aware Nivea reformulated recently, and its customer base was very upset about how the new product was performing. The company has gone back to the older formula, so try not to end up with the bad stuff.
