ОтветитьI didn't realise there was that little of a difference between spare ribs and st louis style
ОтветитьWhere do featherbones and rib tips come from?
ОтветитьWhat kind of knives do you use?
ОтветитьSurprised you guys didn't leave the cut section of the spare ribs to show where rib tips come from. Great video and informative.
ОтветитьQuestions. Why do other people say country style ribs are the shoulder that’s sliced? Did you say country ribs are also called short ribs?
ОтветитьNow that I am no longer a Muslim, I need to learn more about pork cuts because my life partner loves baby back ribs. Although in South Africa baby backs look a little different I guess it's because our Afrikaners cut it that way. Thanks for the very educational video. I will be serving a milkwood smoked baby back rack for supper, wish me luck 👌🏼
Ответитьwow❤❤
ОтветитьGreat video . Very informative and makes it so easy to identify the cuts of pork.
ОтветитьThat knife though!!!!❤❤❤
ОтветитьBeside different cuts of ribs, I learned how essential it is to have a SHARP & curved knife.
