You forgot to run ORACLEASM SCANDISKS and ORACLEASM LISTDISKS on RAC2 that is the reasons you were getting error while creating Database .... DISK2 and DISK3 was not detected on RAC2 hence db creation did happen on RAC2...overall nice video
