ОтветитьDude this video is amazing!! Thank you so much for it!! It’s all the answers I was looking for as I am planning on doing something similar. One single question if you don’t miume asking, how are you dealing with the neighbors regarding the smoke? Did you had any problems regarding that?
ОтветитьWow im barely venturing into this and i am certain this video will help me so much m! Ty ty ty
ОтветитьI have been contemplating on doing something similar to this, in my area no one has good BBQ, I may not be a Pitmaster but I have smoked up some good Que and I’m confident I have what it takes, I know easier said than done but this video and yourself and your wife are definitely inspirational, is there any advice you can spare ?

ОтветитьAwesome job!!🔥Congratulations! If you don’t mind, what is the price of a bbq tray including meat and sides? I plan to do bbq business from home too this 2024. Thank you!
ОтветитьJust curious, where did you get the takeaway containers used to package the barbecue for pickup? I'm looking for something similar here in the States. Most of the containers I find are too small.
ОтветитьCostco in Britain? Nice to know. I am from Seattle near the first one. Shop weekly there.
ОтветитьWhat platform do you use for your menu/pickup sales coordination?
ОтветитьThoroughly enjoyed this video!! Really made the process look enjoyable.
ОтветитьWhere do you get the diced cheese?
ОтветитьIf i don't have a warmer what can i do?
ОтветитьAny ballpark on how much profit is made on a collection day like this? I am very interested in knowing if this is a viable business, or more of a passion/hobby.
ОтветитьCan I ask where did you get your butcher paper and where did you buy your food warmer? Thank you!
ОтветитьSaran wrap on the brisket….. I know what you’re doing bud 😊

ОтветитьHow did you figure out how to market from home?
ОтветитьGood day. I am just starting the adventure of opening my catering pickup BBQ business from home. Out of all the videos I have watched, this one you posted is as close to what I am wanting to do. The Collection Day Idea. Of course I will cater other days but strictly from home. I am lost in the world of equipment all the way down to the size of cold/hot containers to have on hand. When starting out. I will only offer Brisket, Pulled Pork, & Baby Back Rips for Proteins. Then Cole Slaw, and Special Recipe Mac & Cheese. That's it. Brioche Buns of course and maybe Texas Toast. I am considering the Southern Pride 150 Commercial Rotisserie Smoker or any other suggestions you may have in the way of an Off Set smoker. I would like to set up my catering to mirror exactly what you did in the video and grow with the business as it grows. Looking for a shopping list of Everything from Smoker down to To-Go containers and everything in between.
ОтветитьThank you very much for sharing. I am looking into starting this up in the next few months, as well as building my own smoker. What size is your offset in this video, and did you feel as if you outgrew it while doing the pickup?
ОтветитьAppreciate this thorough video - looking into doing something myself in East London and the existing players weren't too keen on sharing advice.... Your video has been extremely helpful
ОтветитьSo your warmer oven. Do u have to put water in it or a water tray??
ОтветитьGood job
ОтветитьDude doing it for real over in Europe! Right on man!
ОтветитьHey shut up
ОтветитьAuto thumbs up. Going to watch when I get a break at work. Saw you on Chud's. You are good people in my book.
ОтветитьThat’s a very impressive setup, good work!
ОтветитьWow I was toying with the idea of doing a bbq stand for the weekends. After seeing how much work that’s required I’ll have to rethink some things. Maybe after I retire lol.
Your bbq looks amazing! I hope all your hard work pays off. Best of luck to you.
