[Greymoor] Magicka Sorcerer - 91k+ Static Rotation

Hi @sparrow just started playing ESO again after leaving the game shortly after Summerset went live so trying to play catch up before I start hitting vet trials again. Just noticed you're using the Twilight Tormentor; any reason to use that pet Vs Volatile Familiar? Prior to my leaving ESO I used to run a one pet Magsorc build but always thought the Volatile Familiar gave out the best DPS so was wondering what has changed since I've been away from game. TIA.

What if I don't use boundless storm and replace it with surge instead? Should I be looking at around 2k dps difference?

If im ranged, what do I swap boundless storm? And what spammable should I use as ranged
