automate catalog generation indesign data merge records

Welcome to my gig Data Merge feature works in Adobe InDesign!
I have been an expert inDesign for more than 8 years++. I have done several projects like this
Prepare Your Data Source: Organize your data in a spreadsheet (like Excel) or a CSV file. Each column in your spreadsheet should represent a different variable, like names, addresses, dates, etc. Make sure to include headers for each column.

Create Your InDesign Document: Set up your InDesign document with the layout you want to use. Include placeholders (text frames, images, etc.) where you want the data from your spreadsheet to appear.

Select Data Source: In the Data Merge panel, click the "Select Data Source" button and navigate to your prepared spreadsheet or CSV file. InDesign will read the data from this source.

Review Merged Document: In the newly generated document, you'll see the replicated layout with data populated from your spreadsheet. You can fine-tune the formatting and layout as needed.

Export or Print: Once you're satisfied with the merged document, you can export it as a PDF, print it, or perform any other tasks you would normally do with an InDesign document.
