A friend of mine has one of these, though it isn't the dual sport variant. Gotta say that it was sheer brilliance of Kawasaki to put the coolant hoses down low facing the front on the lower right side of the engine. My buddy had a great time when a stick shot up and took them out. Good times. Excellent design and thought process by Kawasaki on that one.
ОтветитьWhat would you recommend more, the KLX or the CRF? I have experience on the street but next to nothing off road. I want to get into adventure BDR rides and am curious about what a beginner should get. Also considering the old DRZ400.
ОтветитьI love dual sports, but I hate motorcycles that overheat from new and the manufacturers that knew it would in certain markets but still sold it there without a fan! No thanks from Australia! My neighbour has a new efi one, no fan, cooked it trail riding after 1300km coolant leaked into cylinder and onto the ground!
ОтветитьI agree riding fast is not fun. I love trail riding just killing time going easy..
ОтветитьThe klx300 cam timing is crazy, if your turning 12000 rpm like a Ducati fine. Basically the intake and exhaust cam timing should be switched and the ACR should be adjusted for easy starting. Engines that have this done gain 2-3hp and the intake drone is almost gone, the midrange is vastly improved, combined with tuning and a good pipe your knocking on a 5hp gain.
ОтветитьBonita moto sonho dessa
ОтветитьAt 65 I thought I'd like something a little slower and lighter , just didn't think it would be this slow. If your content with lackluster performance and one notch above a TW200 than you would probably be happy with this bike but in the dirt I always find myself hoping for more power and on the road one more gear and the extra money you spend to get there your better off starting with 400cc to 650 cc bike and as far as cost mine listed at 6099.00 but after BS dealer markups cost 7409.00 before taxes and tags.
ОтветитьWould this be better or worse then the swm 300?
ОтветитьBut it's not a dirt bike.
ОтветитьIt looks exactly like the Honda dual sport
ОтветитьA KLX 500/650 would’ve been AWSOME
ОтветитьMy favorite 🇧🇩🇧🇩
ОтветитьWhat helmet is that 👌🏼
ОтветитьIt’s entry level, great bike.
For its price, !!
Saving up to buy one cash. I want a dual sport to use to work in any type weather. Make quick trips to no where.
ОтветитьThe camera work was great and the editing too
ОтветитьDamn it, this only half a review! It's a dual sport, that means it goes on the street too.
Tell us if the lighting is good, especially at night. How does it do on the street? Comfortable cruising speed? Fuel mileage and Range? Service interval?
Fantastic bikes! I have the 23' ds.
ОтветитьRemember the 1990's when a TRX250 was a hot reliable quad? Now, i feel like people look down on everything that isn't a 450cc+. 300cc will get you around. Seriously considering this as an on/off road woods bike.
ОтветитьI like this Kawasaki KLX 300😊👍
ОтветитьDealer near me in Rhode Island has one new 2023 KLX300 left for $5,699 out the door! Black w/black camouflage. Real tempted.
ОтветитьMy 98 300r is getting tired, I’m thinking about upgrading
ОтветитьTerrible maquina!! Lastima que no la tenemos en Argentina😢
Ответитьwhat is the name of the guitar piece playing in the background? sounds really good. so does my KLX300 but of course in very different way.
ОтветитьGot one yesterday 2023 klx 300 2nd of riding around 220 miles on it rn! It's def a fun bike yeah could be a little faster on highway but I don't think it was made for 30 plus mins of 70-80mph! This bikes sweet spot at first is 4-7000 rims! Def not a 2 person bike unless both riders under 300lbs total! I am 6'3 240lbs and it rides great! Has decent low torque and a ok high if you need to move! I've took it off road a couple times for few mins sets to transfer from road to off road pretty well! Got it by trading a 13 vstar 650 I paid 2k$ for and 2400$ cash with title tax included! For 4400$ I don't think o could get a better bike !!!!
ОтветитьNo more bikes like this in France 😭😭😭😭👎👎👎
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьIn 2008, I had a red KLX250S that looked identical to this “new” 300. This bike is Oldddd! Everything about it dated back some 25+ years. Sure it’s fuel-injected, but the styling is from 2008. Identical.
ОтветитьI'm 6' 2' and 240. Is this a good starter for me?
ОтветитьThe KLX 300 with DRZ power would be the ideal dual sport for me.
ОтветитьThey need to bring back 125 dual sports, and give them retro styling, like the Honda Elsinores. A retro 250 option also. I would spring my wallet instantly!
ОтветитьSad they dont sell this bike in Finland, wonder why. There are so few dual-sports sold here which are street legal from the factory. You can get all the enduros and MX bikes you want, but none of them are street legal from the factory. The only competition this would have is Honda CRF300L/CRF300 Rally
ОтветитьPor favor un vídeo en Español
ОтветитьHad a 1998 klx 300. Nice bike.
ОтветитьI had a 03 klx400 that I rode daily EVERYWHERE in phx AZ, I put 10k miles on it in 2 years.....until I got hit by a car🙄. Almost 2 years later eagerly waiting to purchase a fuel injected klx to continue my daily riding adventures 😁
ОтветитьFor a fun bike for desert and woods it works fine. Suspension is the strong point, especially the front. It will save your bacon. Street work is pretty good as well. Make a good urban bike because it is very thin and tall for getting between cars etc. Mild mannered for people starting out and the 6 speed box is very smooth.
ОтветитьAs close to perfect as you can get, wish it was a 350, but thats ok. the fuel injection and 6 speed is really what sold me.
ОтветитьRode a friend's this past weekend. Brand new, still breaking it in. Didn't take it on any trails though, just back roads around Estacada, OR. Fun bike. A little sluggish for a 300cc I though. Topped out at about 65mph for the break-in. Corners nicely and the weight of the bike is great(for me) - rides light.
ОтветитьWhat kind of camera did you guys use for those slow mo shots?
ОтветитьThe most restricted part of these KLX 250/300 engines is the air box. Lid off, HiFlo Filtro $20 , cut back fire screen out, and O2 delete resistor {reads ecu prime fuel to air, adds fuel} $25 adds A LOT of torque and throttle response. For only under $50 also, its simple and reversible and only adds intake growl instead of obnoxious loud exhaust. Adding a slip on will add a little higher rpm power but for a lot of money, and its not as big a gain as the air box mods.
ОтветитьWe needs 400 cc bike like this but improved oil storage cooling and more power 8-10 more h.p build for long range riding. And soft seat.
But that's me?
I'm in 💕 it's gonna be mine
ОтветитьI basically want a KLX400 for the same price and I'm sold.
ОтветитьCrying shame we don't get these in the UK seems Kawasaki can't be arsed ..we do have the 300l Honda which is obviously very similar... I love these little trail bikes we all own two stroke Enduro bikes for the hard stuff but for everything else these are perfect
ОтветитьGood ,THANKS from Thailand .
ОтветитьI’ve got the 2023 Klx 300 what better way to do some errands at the market. While most modern bikes have the black rims I like the chrome accent (bling) on this. My hand always volunteers. Lightweight street bikes like this shine in the trusties. Good balance- so flickable
ОтветитьTem dessa pra rodar na rua normal emplacadw
Ответить❤
ОтветитьLa kawasaki de lo mejor .pero ese chasis o Marcos son muy pequeños parecen esas Bicicletas. Novato ,si se va con pasajera es incomoda.por lo de más es calidad.
