I’ve been doing flexibility and mobility work for a year and I’m still having issues but have developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I realized maybe my issues are starting at my feet

@Redefining Strength , I am returning to working out at 58 after having sustained a L4-L5 injury, and I have never been flexible (although I have excellent balance), and really want to improve my mobility as I work on resistance training. Are there any tips you can give to us who are over 50 or even over 60 for this?

What great tutorials you create! Such great and easy to understand information with clear visuals too!well done! One thing that would have been good to add at the end would be a guided “class” of doing each exercise for the 30 sec one after the other for people to use as a guide. But really grateful for this! Thank you!

Great info thank you! It nailed where the lower back pain is coming from. As a former gymnast 🤸‍♂️ I have Great muscle memory and I get in5o shape still relatively fast at 55 but getting that anterior tilt corrected has been he 🏒 🏒

Thanks for this fab video. I'm 65 yrs old. I was recently on a cruise where the average age, I'd say, was around 75 yrs old. I was horrified to note that about 98% of the people on the cruise walked with very stooped shoulders and backs. I don't want to be like that in my later years. I came home determined to find exercises to strengthen and straighten my upper back and shoulders. This video is perfect.

So glad I came across your channel. Im getting back into fitness after falling off the wagon over the last few years. Im also over 50 so it’s been a bit of a struggle coupled with old and new injuries cropping up. Such a helpful video! Thx! Btw, the opening doesn’t feel like an ‘over-dramatization’ it looks like my overage morning lol.

I am in my 60s - have had asthma since I was 17 to varying degrees .......... some exercises are too difficult for me breathing wise - but loving your stretches etc as since coming off steroids, ( yeah ! ) I have lost a lot of weight and muscle tone ( :( ) and need to help myself stay as active as i can and to become stronger ........... i notice my knees are not as flexible as they were etc so loving some of these exercises to stretch my legs ..... Thank you for all the information too .

I really enjoy these videos. I will be adding these exercises to my workouts, but have a question. Is there an alternate move to the bear squat with foot stretch. I have had a total knee replacement and not able to squat with me knees bent to that angle. Thanks so much

In get back pain when I stand after 10 minutes. I had 4 c sections and I have week stomach and glutes. I have anterior tilt. What’s the best exercise to do?

Thank you so much for all your hard work in coming up with great excercises for mobility and flexibilty. It's difficult to find without proper explanation.ive been doing your 6 warm up excercises for mobility for almost a year and it has been so beneficial in my weight training.

You have not done a good fellow excise without weight for a long time. They best you did was the one in Hawaii. Kindly make one like that with more intense
