Sono affascinato da questi robot umanoidi pur essendo ignorate anche della più semplice tecnologia,vedo in loro tantissima utilità in molti settori in primis mi immagino l’assistenza ed anche la compagnia che potranno fare a persone sole o con disabilità e tantissime altre cose utili .

The undeniable number 1 is Boston Dynamics, second with a way to go is unitree. They are on the way but a far cry from BD. TOG2 gives animatronic vibes. stiff walking, solid based functions and a mirrored dance routine don't give me the feeling they can with stand a kick or uneven ground. It feels like looking at different robots in simalar packaging. I see gen 1, gen 2 and robot hands with a pressure sensitive surface. It's like comparing a Koeningsegg, a middle class volkswagen and a sloppy build kitcar.

Now that human robots are getting serious investment, we are just a few years away until we have robots as part of our everyday lives.

I am naturally a paranoid person. I don't use google voice search, siri, echo, alexa and my phone never leaves the house. I don't carry it with me. No cameras on my laptop. My windows stay covered. I walk and don't own a car. I don't use facebook or whatever social media. Just you tube. I never upload images or videos. Chips in brains will make you vulnerable to hacking or satellite targeting and even microwave targeting. I am seriously terrified of AI.

H1 is designed for urban assault and crowd control. That thing is creepy.

I do not think Tesla is interested in making a humanoid robot. The Optimus humanoid is just a demonstration tool. Tesla is interested in revolutionizing manufacturing by making a leap in industrial robotics. The real value of Optimus is in the actuators and AI. Walking is just a party trick; future factories will use Optimus arms and hands to replace humans on the assembly line.

How can you compare price when you cannot buy a Tesla Bot or a Boston Dynamics robot. And we don't know how much they weigh. Plus the Tesla Bot does not have Lidar as far as we know. So this is basically cobbled together nonsense.
