I use 1 bellstone piece, emperor’s guard kneepads, 3 pc. empress, and 1 piece Wyvern. All rolls have skill damage and armor regen. Tech support on backpack and kinetic momentum on chest. Armor regen makes the build very survivable. Other than the capacitor, my secondary is the harmony rifle that has perfectly in sync.

I have something the same but with memento and overwatch

The momento out damages the exotic holster while also providing boosted skill efficientcy and regen, its silly not to use it on a skill hybrid..

I feel like the Scorpio is a better choice in terms of exotic weapon, my skills already do a lot of damage that I don't need to get Capacitor stacks. Plus the Scorpio can stun lock enemies for your skills or teammates to melt, also debuff the enemies and make them take more damage from all sources. The Scorpio helps me keep heavies stun locked at a distance so he will die before getting close enough to bleed me or my teammates. But people can obviously use what they want. I just find that the Scorpio is more useful than the Capacitor.

Bro you're running my skill build. Only differece is I use 2 Hana-U for the mask and backpack for Skill haste and damage. Running Pef Combined Arms and the my secondary is Harmony.

Looking at the capacitor, imagine rolling DTOC there, that will be an AR with shotgun attributes, slap that into a striker + empress hybrid build

My skill build is 3pcs umbra mento back 1pcs hanu 1pcs wyv all Yellow core and 137% skill haste works lik charm in dz and Missions

Nice one! I'm using 2 piece Brazos (1 being Picaro's with yellow core, the other piece with red core) 3 piece Empress (1 with red core and Glass Cannon) and Memento. All high end pieces are skill damage and crit damage/chance. 2 piece Brazos give +1 skill tier, +1 from technician, that's 2 bonus tiers so we only need 4 yellow cores. It's been the easiest build to clear Heroic content with. The only part where I'm still lacking is on crit because my SHD level is low, around 480. I'm definitely gonna try your build. I think I got all the pieces.

I still like my Umbra Initiative skill core rolled set with waveform and capacitor. The increased rate of fire really helps get my stacks up on the capacitor very quickly and the extra crit chance helps my weapon damage.

Im gonna try this. I havent changed from the standard Skill build since that exotic combo dropped. Having my actual shots just tickle enemies essentially got old a long time ago lol
