I recall it in a book. We must we must we must increase our Just! The bigger the better! The tighter the sweater! The boys like us better! And so we must!! Unfortunately I never worried about that coz mine popped out when I was 11 and I got chunky and they were bigger than I'd want. On that note,my arme are short and the girls are in the way so I cannot bring my elbows together? Any advice?

ОтветитьLove the way you explain things - love your very calm enthusiastic style - love the exercises……, I have stuck with you for a month and can actually now see and feel the lift, when I remove my bra I no longer feel the lower weight of my chest - although I am small chested, the top lift is significant - thank you and am regularly following you - you are also such a pretty lady you are so easy to watch and listen to xx

ОтветитьHi thereth, do you know where's I can find the softer relaxing version of Come Close by Fejointr? The only one's keep popping up is the one featuring other people and is not soft at all. It's okay to dance to but not relax to. Also, I like the song after that one too.

I have a very large bust so these exercises are particularly challenging - ie getting elbows to touch. I've found doing the work out braless helps but I'm a 38GG / 40F so I need to strengthen my muscles just to carry these babies around!

ОтветитьOh yes I could definately feel these exercises, I didn't use weights this time on the last 3 exercises, as first time doing these exercises in a long time, I normally do Yoga, so it's amazing what different muscles I have used, and it's great to see the diagram you showed, thank you Shellhea

ОтветитьDone consistently, I can really see a difference in my chest! These exercises tone my chest muscle which makes my chest look better overall. Makes a better appearance when wearing tee shirts and sweaters. I used 3 lb. weights for last three exercises. Thank you Schellea!
