Excellent instructional video on terraform. You will need a reasonable understanding of AWS and be tech minded so its not for total novices but none the less an excellent tutorial.
Ответитьthe course is deep and cover a lot , i suggest to have an example after each concepts , and also have an overview of each function , before digging into it . we all need to see the map before taking the road, for example, if we can build a single real life project story along the course , from A to Z like storytelling . Story telling is a powerful way to link all concepts and things together to remember the Whole story , the Why , WHAT , HOW , WHERE , WHEN , for Who of each project .
thanks for this great course
❤❤😮😮
ОтветитьThank you for this incredible well prepared video! Well spent hours and learned a lot while starting from scratch.
Ответитьreally helpful.
ОтветитьI LOVE devops. I truly miss my sys admin days. I love the community, the people and the tech. I would do anything to get back in!
ОтветитьThis video saved my money!
ОтветитьThank you for this magnificent job! BTW, the Integrated Development Environment you are using is similar to Visual Studio Code for Windows, is it a port for MacOS?
ОтветитьThank you very much, excellent video.
ОтветитьCan you be more specific as to how to install terraform please.
ОтветитьGreat Course! Thanks!
ОтветитьVery good tutorial. Thank you.
ОтветитьPromosm
ОтветитьJust excellent tutorial, thanks a lot 👌✌
ОтветитьExcellent delivery, well designed :) Thank you so much
ОтветитьJust amazing to see someone working so hard to help understand these concepts. Keep up the good work😊
ОтветитьAny prerequisite needed to learn these
ОтветитьGreat to see Valteri Bottas teaching Terraform
ОтветитьHi! Thank you for very good video!!! I have one problem and it is that I can't access to aws withe this command ~/.aws/ . I get the error messages "zsh: permission denied: -----". Do I need to create ssh key in AWS also? If not then what I need to do? Thanks!
ОтветитьTop notch! Excellent tutorial!
ОтветитьWhat about using Git to diff state files for different environments (Dev/Test/Prod) for a test proc?
ОтветитьExcellent information. I have learned a lot!
ОтветитьThanks for the great tutorial.
ОтветитьYou grew a beard from part 4 to part 5. Impressive.
ОтветитьI am getting error use this backend unless the backend configuration changes.
Error refreshing state: AccessDenied: Access Denied

His beard grows so fast
ОтветитьSir if you provide your slides also, it will benefit us.
ОтветитьThis video is incredible. I speak Spanish and only a little bit of English, but the graphics in this video helped me understand everything better. I am preparing for the Terraform certification exam, and some concepts were not clear before. Thanks to your video, I now understand everything better. Thank you!"
ОтветитьGreat tutorial ! Thank you !
ОтветитьThis is perfect explanation, thank you :)
ОтветитьThank you! That's a brilliant course! The best one I've found for Terraform
ОтветитьGold! Thank you Sid.
ОтветитьYou should do an ansible course!
ОтветитьThank you for the very helpful tutorial, I was able to follow it up until the second demonstration where you provisioned the Amazon S3 buckets alongside the two EC2 instances with Terraform. When I run "Terraform init" my terminal it says: Successfully configured the backend "s3"! Terraform will automatically
use this backend unless the backend configuration changes.

I am trying to troubleshoot but running into issues, did anyone else happen to run into this error? Thank you.
looks like the github actions code is now pointing to the other course but it might be different code to what this course is talking about.
I think this is a good start but certainly not a PRO at the end, the complexity of cloud environments mixed with the complexity of Terraform and any other tooling (mixed by the ten different ways of doing anyting) == A bit of a random Chaos :P
The biggest problems one might face is building out the environment(s) and then facing breaking changes to Terraform with upgrades any solid advice on handling this across 100's of cloud resources across multiple regions etc.
Hey Sid, Do we have to do "terraform init" every single time we wanna deploy the code ?
ОтветитьBeard. No beard. Trippy
ОтветитьYou really know your stuff tbh, explaining things before doing the hands on? Excellent. Cheers man
ОтветитьExcellent overview and a nice insight into best practeices. Wonder how, i.e. with which tool, you create your diagrams, especially aws diagrams.
ОтветитьI don't get the current trend when someone is presenting something, his or her face must be visible at all times! What is the point of this, except unnecessary covering the portion of the screen? Besides that, well done 😂
ОтветитьYour explanations are super clear! Great course!
ОтветитьThank for posting this video after reading the book and making it short and concise for us appreciate your efforts
ОтветитьAppreciate your awesome work. 🙏
