What a joy it was to interview Dr. Scharffenberg! Who else loves his laughter and smiles? 🤩
Ответить♦️He's not for the Pill Business, that's actually very interesting...... 🤔🤫🤔🤫🤔🤫
♦️Keep quiet 🤔🤫🤔🤫🤔🤫🤔🤫
Throw in some nattokinase, and probably lower HA/stroke much further.
ОтветитьHis brain seems sharp for his age😊
ОтветитьWhat a delightful person!! Does Dr. S drink tea or coffee? Any caffeine?
ОтветитьThe power of eggs and milk 💪
ОтветитьHi Dr. Can l stop all my statins n blood thinners n BP medicines if l switch to a vegetarian diet. I have a stent in my heart
ОтветитьThe depth of this man's knowledge and his precious laugh shows he had a life filled with JOY!!!
ОтветитьLord, may we have more men and women who love people continue this man's work.
ОтветитьI could listen to him for hours. So sweet and very intelligent. ❤
ОтветитьThis guy is FANTASTIC! Just found this channel. Great stuff! Someone should help Dr. Scharffenberg set up a website and put up all his work in his pamphlets
ОтветитьI wish these anti vaxers would get their children and themselves vaccinated. Vaccines have saved so many lives.
ОтветитьI absolutely loved this
ОтветитьI have been following many of these things, on and off, since my early 20's. Where I have fallen down is where I now have problems. Watching this video encourages me to bear down on those areas in which I am deficient, namely more exercise, skipping dinner, and cutting out what remains of the meat in my diet. I will be 70 next year, but I would like to live another 50 years, so I better bear down on all this. I was raised in a smoking household and smoked for years after that, but QUIT THE HABIT 17 years ago, at which point I gained a ton of weight. Now I have to get serious about the weight loss, and this video gave me the incentive that I needed because I have more than half of the 7 areas under control. See my reply to Michelle_Cen, above, for the rest of my comment.
ОтветитьI love listening to elderly people talk about their life's experiences. They have so many stories to tell.
Ответитьis he still alive as of today? his birthday is coming up in 2 1/2 more months..
Ответитьeat a lot of red meat too !
ОтветитьHe realized that he looked quite a bit like his son! Lol lol lol lol..the only blooper I seen! i.e.,obviously he's older than his son, his son looks quite a bit like him! Lol lol lol lol lol...thanks for the laughs Dr., not to mention the camera man followed suit, Lol lol lol lol lol...oops, laughing so hard, missed compliments for you Ms Michelle, Wonderfully great life saving interview w/the Dr., for some reason throughout the interview, I kept viewing him as your great grandfather, just seemed so appropriately!🤗...
ОтветитьLoved finding this video! Thanks Michelle! I am in my 50's, I have always loved prevention as a medicine. Where is a best place to learn about nutrition as a secondary degree or certification in America?
ОтветитьIt's all very fine to say that serum LDL levels should managed by dietetic means, weight reduction, etc., but patients who, like me, are born with familial hypercholesterolemia (impaired LDL clearance owing to a defective LDL gene) cannot do so without a pharmaceutical intervention. Carriers of that gene in my family who discontinue the drug therapy in middle age (in some cases in response to the current anti-statin hysteria) typically die within 5 to 6 years with multiple arterial occlusions, including a total stenosis of the LAD.
ОтветитьWow, "we should get you a dog or something" That was really rude... nothing can replace a human companionship.
Ответитьomg he's so lovely and smart/wise <3
ОтветитьThere are people who give up on vegetables and only eat meat and they experience amazing health benefits I wonder why that is.
ОтветитьThanks for very informative interview!
ОтветитьThis guy more qualified then Biden to be president! Wow
ОтветитьWhere he live now?
ОтветитьMy uncle lived to 101. He drinks lots of tea and walks everyday.
ОтветитьLove Doc John he keeps laughing, he’s so impressed 🙏🙏♥️God bless ,,!
Ответить100 years young! Such a pure soul he is and his laugh is so innocent! 👌🏼
ОтветитьSir was full on energy.. ❤love from India.
ОтветитьWow! Being a Buddhist it is nice to hear that this doctor unknowingly ears meals at times that Buddha taught nearly 3000 years ago. Buddhist monks do not eat solid food after 12 noon as taught by Buddha to restrain from meals “after sun turns to go down”.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful example of the benefit of a regulated life.
ОтветитьHe was born in 15 Dec 1923 and
I was born in 15 Dec 2003
can i live more than 100 year's
The interviewer kept saying thank you so I believe she will also live a long time.
ОтветитьNon processed foods. Excercise, activities mental, physical and spiritual. LIFESTYLE . Thanks.
ОтветитьGod bless you Dr. John❤
ОтветитьThere are over 94,000 people in optimal health working fully enjoying their health over 100 now in Japan. And yes studies indicate they follow the same lifestyle habits as does Dr. Scharffenberg plus others. Including lots ot time in forest/parks as Japanese culture inc. Shintoism their religion and is a faith based on the love of nature. A positive, optimistic intrinsically happy mindset is key too, it is not about lots of materialism but feeling inner happiness and enthusiasm for being alive, happy and healthy. My friends grandma is from Okinawa is 108, she cycles daily and sells produce from her produce stand, she is very productive, social with everyone and full of happiness. I believe 130 is coming on fast in people who live these kinds of happy, optimistic, purposeful, spiritual, enriching lifestyles. Choose joy, be kind to yourself and all others! Live long with lots of happiness.
ОтветитьVery wise man. Health is common sense and taking responsibility for yourself. The problem is not so much big pharma, that is just business as usual. The problem is the people and their consciousness.
ОтветитьThen how we can maintain our protein intake???
Can someone advise
Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьI’d rather die than not have a ribeye
Ответитьoh lord... so a perfectly healthy dr in his 100 years telling us to avoid meat and, on the other hand, a top cardiologist, Dr. Philip Ovadia saying we must eat meat and him himself follows a carnivore diet 😢... can we get both together and have a debate please...
ОтветитьWow what a blessing to carry a conversation that good and he is almost 100. Great interview
ОтветитьWhat an incredible person!
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful Doctor! I learnt more about health in the past hour of watching this interview than over the past several months. If this diet and lifestyle keeps him this sharp at 99, there's no reason the rest of us can't at least start!
ОтветитьCan somebody explain what is the Bad thing of meat? I know processed meat is Bad in sausage and so on but raw meat with no fat what is Bad about it? Hope somebody can explain this.
ОтветитьGood info
The doctors get mad when you say no
I’m 51, don’t drink, but it’s pretty hard to get up in the morning. Look at this guy!
ОтветитьMan, I like this guy ... now he is one cool ol' dude. I hope I can live as long as him and still be as happy as healthy as he is. He has my respect! I am definitely going to change my eating habits more in line with what he is recommending.
