How to Enable RayTracing in Minecraft

is there a way to have the raytracing active so no mmatter what world i go to ill have that effectr? trying to play on realms with friends and want the effects

Do you have to download resource packs for RTX?
Are all those packs different materials that change how the blocks look?
Do the packs also change how RTX works or is it only different materials and textures?
It'd be nice if it was 1 standard pack. Or maybe it is 1 material pack but all those packs are the prebuilt worlds.

How is it to delete all those packs without leaving random folders and files in windows?

Still does't tell me why I can't have RT in my maps... Microsoft are really a mafia. What exactly justifies that the option is not even available at ALL in any of your own worlds.... Not even surprised. They used it as a gimmick.. Oh, well, at lest I could see it's not even better than the old SEUS shaders for Java... And I managed after years of having lost my account because of Micr0s0ft to finally get it back, I paid the game 5 euros like 15 years ago, so free not java is OK, I guess, even if it mostly killed the game and that I actually predicted it so many years ago that M1cr0s0ft bought it.
