Time needed: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Suhana 'Shahi Paneer' mix
2. Paneer (200 gm)
3. tomatoes (4)
4. milk (8 table spoon)
5. ghee (2 table spoons)
Steps:
1. Prepare tomato purie.
2. Fry it in 2 table spoons ghee for 2 minutes until the tomato releases water.
3. By that time, add 5 table spoons milk to the the Suhana mix and prepare the paste.
4. Now, mix the paneer cubes with the masala paste and insert them in the boiling tomato purie.
5. Steam for 1 minute.
6. Now add some milk (or preferably cream) at the top for garnishing.
7. Optionally, use dhaniya for garnishing.
