I whent to hms Raleigh with the sea cadets 4 years later I trained there now i work there it truly is a great place
ОтветитьThe "Shock of capture" is horseshit, that's for POWs
Ответить"Every week 60 wannabe sailors join the navy" Straight up roasted their cadets and recruits 💀
Ответитьwonder what happens when you enlist with an iq in the 130-140 range lol
ОтветитьDid any one else watch this and think I want to be in the Navy
Or was that just me
I don’t want to join stop ads
ОтветитьI was at HMS Raleigh in 1991, thoroughly loved the training and my time there
ОтветитьIs this some sort of basic training? No offense, it seems more like camp. I do respect that they showed up in appropriate attire. I wish we required that of our trainees
ОтветитьThis was a lot easier than when I joined in 1990 !!!
ОтветитьSorry...but the US Navy are the best
ОтветитьStayed in the same mess these guys did. It was grim AF to be honest
ОтветитьThis is similar to what I went through in RAN recruit school 35 years ago at HMAS Cerberus. It’s tough on the youngsters(most of us were teenagers back then) for the first week or so, but things quickly pick up. Recruit school was the best time of my life! I do feel for Recruit Rowen though. I’m glad he got another shot and was successful. My recruit school class had a former Australian army soldier too. He became a “Red Rope” meaning class leader too.
ОтветитьConsidered the best is crazy lol
Ответитьwe need NHS to be militarised to instil discipline
ОтветитьThat female DI needs to shed a few pounds!!
ОтветитьDefinitely not what it says on the brochure. Judging by the way some of them act , you'd think they were at school. Not the professional image youd expect from a military institution
ОтветитьIt’s weird how they are trained like dogs.. I could never shout an order at someone or demand they ask permission to speak. They way they all march… brainwashed killers
ОтветитьIt's hard having kids and going in to raleigh etc.
ОтветитьAs a former US Navy sailor, this is so different. No screaming, running or yelling upon arrival in the middle of the night.
ОтветитьRowan is such an inspiration
