2023 Mazda CX-60 Review: THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!

Using buttons and controller is always better than touchscreen. Don't say it is worse when you only spent a short time with the car and don't bothered to learn it. Most people have same car for years.

How does this compare with the Outlander PHEV?

I test drove both and think the outlander interior is more premium. The Takami is not to my taste.

Talking about 0-100 you should try XC60 T8 2023.. you will be more then surprised! Trust me, I drove both XC60 and CX60 and is a huge diference!

The door close "thunk" actually sounded rattly.
Overall, nice RWD proportions make this tempting. I dislike the upswept side window at the rear. Wish the rear pillar looked like the CX90.This isn't available in the US yet, but I'll be considering it. I do wish they'd do an HO version of that six.

I got mine 2mnds now. The hybrid system is kind of useless for vacation. Gas mileage is then 7.6L per 100km.
The rear suspension is VERY bad. You have to take speed bumps with 20km/h or otherwise everything in the back almost hit the roof. Apart from that it's a great car if the weather is good. Heavy rain or snow will mess up the i-sense aids and camera's giving an returning error every 10seconds

Is this the model that will be the CX-70 in the states ?

I see the car doesn't absorb bumps and potholes well judging by the speed test footage. Does anyone know Which SUV has a decent suspension system where you don't feel the whole car jump when driving over rough terrain?

I was trying to say you can't do anything to this engine without taking the entire engine out. If you want to change the timing belt it's all the way in the back You have to pull the engine out there's nowhere inside the engine bay to move because it's so packed in. This is one car I would stay far away from. A maintenance nightmare waiting to happen.

what I'm struggling to understand is the different gears that the diesel and the petrol reach 100kmh in, Mazda show both have the same gear ratios and final drive (the plugin does have a different final drive)- how can that be?

The CX 60 looks pretty impressive for its size and weight class!

My 2023 Mazda 3 AWD T HB has 250 HP and 320 lbs torque and is much lighter in weight. It is a really great car!

Previous mazda was more sharper this is more smooth curves. And the previous chrome farnish around front grill was better than this black. To me this proportion is kind of odd.

PHEV owners ... if you feel the suspension is bad ... replace the regular shocks with Koni special active shocks for the CX-60 ... You'll be pleasantly surprised! AWESOME improvement 😁👍
