How do you create a page for TikTok?

thank you for this good video.... I am totally new at this, and need detailed advice please.
1. where will the money i can earn go to?..should I need to open a bank account?
2. If so, what type of account and at which banking group? (i don't think the normal banks in Namibia is suitable for this transactions )
3. how often will i receive payments into a account?...and what is the procedure to claim payments etc?
