it is rude to speak another language when your server speaks English to you. Ask first if they speak that language. Don't assume and embarrass that person/

ОтветитьCome on people, it’s a plus to know your parents home language. Never be ashamed or lazy, being bilingual is a huge plus. The more languages you know the better for you.
ОтветитьHow come staff at English restaurants never do this when I order in English?

Ответитьi remember one time i started speaking to a chinese shop owner in mandarin (i am incredibly white) and she looked so impressed and said to my mum "u should be proud i wish my daughter spoke mandarin like this" and i immediately felt like i'd accidentally given her a massive weapon for when she got home lmao
ОтветитьThis has been done too much.
Ответить"Maia ive been out Vietnamese" Something about that is so funny.
ОтветитьAs an Indian who doesn't speak Sanskrit, I feel this on to personal level.
ОтветитьLove it, you go Bro.
My cracker mother in law spoke great Spanish. This lady and her mother came into the store one day and the lady was late on her bill. My MIL asked her about it, so the lady starting talking crap about my MIL in Spanish.
MIL let it go on for a couple minutes, then in Spanish told her she didn't appreciate the attitude or the nasty things and said about her and asked her in front of her mother if her parents would approve of this? 😂
You never know
As a viet i am disappointed...
Ответитьthis genre of white man is so..
ОтветитьThe "GOSH" is more Vietnam than me😢
ОтветитьIt’s funny how close Vietnamese is to some dialects in Guangxi, China. Even I understand some words here and there. Damn.
